VIDEO: Thousands of California Home Schooling Parents Could Face Prosecution If Schwarzenegger Nixes Home Schooling

Thousands of home schooling parents in California will be at risk of prosecution under a new California Appellate Court ruling where Home Schooling Parents must now have teaching credentials, or else! The case is being taken to the California Supreme Court by one home schooling parent. The ruling also affects public and private schooling as well. (See video for details.)

FOX NEWS SEGMENT: Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to overturn Home Schooling. (Of course he does...the more kids who are home schooled, means less dollars that will need to be spent on Charter School Construction and the non-profit cronies that operate them.)
