Bill Rosendahl...Will You Marry Me? Cali Supreme Court Overturns Ban on Gay Marriage

This just in...The California Supreme Court has just overturned the ban on gay and lesbian marriage (saying they don't want to support discrimination in the State of California) , paving the way for the State to become the second in the United States to allow such unions.

This could pave the way for a ballot initiative in November to change the State constitution which would ban same sex marriage. So head down to City Hall while you have the chance. (It will take a while, but should be relatively soon once the legal paperwork is changed.

It is not known whether this decision will be appealed in U.S. Supreme Court.

For now, the gay and lesbian community is happy that they will be treated fairly, without discrimination per the Constitution requiring equal treatment for all (especially regarding this important institution of marriage) and now they can participate without discrimination.

IT'S HISTORIC Y'ALL! I say we have a big celebration Downtown with a free concert from B-52s!
