LA Times Calls Zuma Dogg "Perinnial" (I think that's good, y'all!)

Perennial: persistent, enduring b: continuing without interruption : constant, perpetual

As in David Zanhiser's use of the word "perennial" in today's LA Times, "perennial City Hall gadfly Zuma Dogg in a sombrero."

Yeah, yeah...ZD is perennial, y'all. That means persistent and enduring and continuing without interruption, y'all! As in not missing a quorum in over three months, y'all! I'm constant and perpeptual, y'all. I bet you didn't know that!
