The Mayor Continues To Make Such Dumb Comments Even Rick Dees of Movin' 93.9 Laughs At Him Now & ZD SAYS THE WORST OF VILLARAGIOSA IS YET TO COME

Here are excerpts from today's front page Daily News article about Parks vs Villaraigosa Ridley-Thomas. I DON'T LIKE THIS AT ALL!!! And once again, I have to side with Parks on this. The mayor is really showing his hand on this. Villaraiogsa is such a full of sh*t idiot...I really hope he laughs at his own press as much as even Rick Dees was laughing about the Villaraiogsa and his stupid, empty press-conference comments on how he has reduced traffic by 30%.

Hey Douchearagiosa...NO YOU DIDN'T. The problem Douchearaigosa keeps making, is he jumps out there like Mickey Mouse at Disneyland and tells everyone it's a wonderful day. DON'T SAY THE CITY IS THE SAFEST SINCE THE '50's. Don't say you reduced traffic by 30%. NO ONE BELIEVES IT! BECAUSE NO ONE IS FEELING THAT REDUCTION YOU DOUCHEBAG, DUMMY! YES, EVEN RICK DEES WAS LAUGHING AT YOU OVER THAT COMMENT, YESTERDAY ON MOVIN' 93.9!

And with the millions of people who will be flocking to this area as you cram more and more high density projects in any nook and cranny you can...THE ROADS ARE NOT GETTING WIDER. SO TRAFFIC WILL NEVER BE REDUCED...BECAUSE CARS ARE BEING ADDED FASTER THAT YOU ARE BUILDING THE SUBWAY TO THE SEA!

WHAT DOUCHETONIO SHOULD BE SAYING ARE THINGS LIKE: We have just synchronized traffic signals in several key areas of the city, so I hope you notice an improvement of traffic flow in those areas, as we work to continue to make better use of the new technologies available to us, and continue to work as quickly as possible to continue to improve traffic flow.

[Notice I never used the word, "congestion" or "gridlock". Instread, "improve flow. Why saddle yourself with bad PR in your own GOOD PR speech?]

AND NOW, on with the Countdown and more dummy talk from the Mayor's office and Matt Dumbo.

L.A. Councilman Bernard Parks, mayor clashing over group's lease
By Kerry Cavanaugh and Rick Orlov, Staff Writers

The contentious county supervisor race between Councilman Bernard Parks and state Sen. Mark Ridley-Thomas spilled into city politics this week when Parks tried to evict a nonprofit group tied to Ridley-Thomas and Mayor Dummy Villaraigosa stepped in to block the move.

On Tuesday, Villaraigosa was forced into the fray - reluctantly, his aides said - after Parks had the city send a 60-day eviction notice to Strategic Concepts of Organizing and Policy Education, a nonprofit focused on community organizing and job training.

[No, he wasn't FORCED, he JUMPED in. If you say "forced", maybe you mean "forced by Mark Ridley-Allen-Ripple Thomas.]

Parks said SCOPE was using the old fire station at 1715 Florence Ave. in South Los Angeles to help the Ridley-Thomas campaign, which the group denies.

[I'm surprised they didn't openly admit it.]

SCOPE has had a virtually rent-free lease since 2000. The agreement was negotiated by Ridley-Thomas when he was a councilman. The lease converted to a month-to-month arrangement after the first lease expired in 2002.

SCOPE President Anthony Thigpenn, a close ally of Ridley-Thomas, has worked with the County Federation of Labor to raise and spend an estimated $4.5 million on advertisements in support of Ridley-Thomas' campaign.

Parks said he decided to cancel the lease after learning that Thigpenn was using the city building for Ridley-Thomas campaign activity.

"This is something that is totally inappropriate," Parks said. "I don't think that's why we give you a building, for you to set up for a candidate of your choice and run a campaign out of it."

[Villaraigosa diagrees. And how dare you speak out against this non-profit that helps people out of the goodness of their heart. Zuma Dogg heard this non-profit is going to endorse Parks, maybe. The fact that Mark gave them this sweetheart deal isn't going to factor into the decision.]

Ridley-Thomas spokesman Fred MacFarlane would not comment on the situation. [Why doesn't he comment on the situation by saying, "This is not true. We are not using this property as a campaign field office for Mark Ridely-Thomas." INSTEAD NO COMMENT??? How come he isn't calling Parks' claim outrageous?]

Parks said he wants to find a new tenant that would either pay the market rate or provide a more useful public service. SCOPE is one of 11 nonprofits in Parks' district that have $1 or free leases of city property. The councilman is re-evaluating all the leases, but SCOPE's is the only lease Parks sought to terminate. [I HOPE THAT IS A POSITIVE, NOT A NEGATIVE. And maybe the other non-profits are so openly and flagrantely violating the situation.]

The 60-day eviction notice was sent Aug. 28.
Thigpenn said he is careful to do his campaigning in another office, away from city property, so he was surprised by the eviction and still hasn't gotten an explanation from Parks' office.
"When the councilman (Parks) refused to meet with us, we called everyone we could, from the mayor to City Council members to ask for help," Thigpenn said.
"If they are going to change their policy on renting to nonprofits, that's fine, but there should be an orderly process," Thigpenn said.

[Don't give me that "boo-hoo-hoo bullsh*t!" "That's fine...there should be..." SHUT UP...were not talking about policy on renting...were talking about fraud and abuse! It's over using your non-profit sweetheart deal to campaign for the candidate who approved it for you.]

On Tuesday, Villaraigosa sent a letter to General Services General Manager Tony Royster ordering him to rescind the SCOPE eviction notice.

[Oh no..Villar's history of fighting for the wrong side is starting to surface again, like in his old days...and it's only going to get worse, cause people like De Leon and Villaraigosa now see the calf has been drained, the corporate credit card account has been canceled and there's no more money to withdrawl in the ATM account they were using. And the mayor and De Leon and that whole wacko click are suffering the first stages of withdrawl.

Villaraigosa has his own ties to SCOPE. Thigpenn was paid more than $21,000 for consulting during Villaraigosa's 2001 and 2005 campaigns for mayor, according to Ethics Commission filings.

[Gomer Pyle said...Surprise, surprise, surprise! Goober says, "I don't see any connection there?"]

"This is not about politics, it's about smart management of city resources," said Matt Szabo, spokesman for the mayor. [Oh...I mean Matt Szabo said, "I don't see any connection there."]

"It makes little sense for an individual member of council to unilaterally revoke leases that were approved by the entire City Council." [When have 14 CMs ever voted against ANY-F*CKING THING the other one wanted?]

Instead, Villaraigosa wrote in his letter, the city needs to develop a citywide policy to manage 107 nonprofit leases of city property.

[NO DUMMYRAIGOSA!!! ARE YOU REALLY AS STUPID AS YOU APPEAR WHEN YOU SPEAK! THIS IS NOT ABOUT A CITYWIDE POLICITY TO MANAGE 107 OF ANYTHING.

IT IS ABOUT ONE (1) NON-PROFIT THAT COUNCILMEMBER PARKS SAYS IS BEING USED AS A MARK RIDLEY-THOMAS CAMPAIGN CENTER!!!

AND DO YOU REALLY THING PARKS WOULD MAKE THESE CLAIMS IF HE WASN'T CERTAIN??? THAT WOULD CERTAINLY COME BACK TO BITE HIM IN THE ASS...IF HE CLOSES A NON-PROFIT OVER THIS AND IT ISN'T TRUE.

So Zuma Dogg is operating under the premise that Parks is correct in his accusation and the mayor as usual sounds like a corrupt, racketeering dummy...even Rick Dees laughs at the Mayor now, with Mark Wong on Movin' 93.9...and Matt Sabo is earning the name Matt Dumbo, more and more with every tick of the second hand.

WHAT A LOSER ADMINSTRATION! ANTIONIO VILLARAIGOSA REPRESENTS EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THE COUNTRY AND HIS DISEASED LOGIC IS WHY WE ARE IN THIS CRISIS!!!

More on that later, but at least the good news is, things are about to get so bad...even the dummiest of dummies will see that the days of Villar/De Leon/Cedillo and those wackos are over, cause it's no longer a luxury we can afford. And now that all the construction has been built and the plug has been pulled...the plug is gonna be pulled on all the programs and money that was being funneled over to alllow it all to happen. GET IT?

It was like a one-night stand. The U.S. needed the cheap labor, the politicians like Nunez needed the votes...we turned a blind eye, and magically there are millions of people available for cheap labor to build all this stuff. And this construction and housing boom paid for the whole party.

NOW, the party is over...and all of the people who came here for the construction boom will be stuck here with no jobs and no money -- AND NO SOCIAL PROGRAM/ENTITLEMENT MONEY -- but we will have to extend unemployment benefits and it's gonna cost a lot, but it won't be enough to prevent further entankment. (A new word by ZD, 'entankment'.)

But Villar and Associates will fight to end, like a crack addict with no more crack...kicking and screaming all the way...trying to grab any last morsel of crack on the way down. And he ain't going to rehab over this behavior. So it's gonna get ugly and devicive.

AND ZUMA DOGG PREDICTS YOU WILL BE HEARING THINGS OUT OF MAYOR ANTONIO VILLARIAGOSA'S MOUTH THAT WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM AN ELECTED U.S. OFFICIAL!

He's gonna have to pull the pin ahead of schedule...were running out of money...I mean time.

While Parks said he agrees that the city needs a policy on leases, he was perturbed by the mayor's intervention in this lease.
"In all the buildings we've dealt with in five years, we've never had the Mayor's Office intercede or step into our issues," Parks said.
Now, the councilman and mayor appear headed for a showdown in the City Council. Parks said he plans to ask his fellow council members to order the lease canceled and Villaraigosa may not have the power to veto the council action.
