First of all, thank you to my regular readers who may have noticed the focus of my blogging has been very narrowly, and primarily exclusively focused on what I am calling PENSIONGATE 2009.
You may be wondering why I have thrown everything else under the bus, for now, to focus in on the exciting world of pension and retirement funds and private equity capital?
WELL, Zuma Dogg walked into Los Angeles City Hall three years ago, didn't like what he saw, and came to the conclusion that the mayor and city council are mere puppets to the bigger financial kahunas who back the elected officials and push them around and tell them what they want done.
OVERALL, it's called CORRUPTION!
And I have been running around, blogging and screaming about all the problems, like everyone else, and I have gone DEEP into agenda items and covered more items and issues than probably anyone else in history.
AND I HAVE FELT ALL ALONG, AND EVERYONE WHO READS MY BLOG AND SEES ME ON TV AND HEARS ME ON RADIO KNOWS THAT I HAVE BEEN ONE PERSON WHO FOR WHATEVER REASON HAS BEEN WARNING OF THE MAYOR'S SHADY COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS (and how he uses them as political leverage and paybacks)...AND, my concerns of LACERS investments in Wall Street and shady real estate projects.
AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?
The city lost $7 Billion on Wall Street, last year, and will most likely be forced to decalre bankruptcy. ONE THING IS CERTAIN, if not, 56% of every city dollar will be going to pay for this $7 Billion dollar Vegas-Style gambling that came up bust, by 2013.
AND NOW, we find, the Villaraigosa-appointed commissioners are under investigation, some have resigned...
and as more and more people started to send over information with the names of the players, their firms and connections...
THE BIG PICTURE ZUMA DOGG AND ACTIVISTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HEARING ABOUT, HAS NOW BEEN FULLY PAINTED OUT AND ALL DOTS HAVE BEEN CONNECTED.
And I'm here to tell you people, stuff like Neighborhood Council budget, Special Event Fee Waivers, and all the stuff we complain about, regarding the city's spending is all just chump change diversions to keep us chasing our tails around, while the powers that be, who control the mayor and council and even governors like Gray Davis are taking the money and handing it out to each other, while they make sure none of it makes it to the actual community and it's people,
AND LACERS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN INVESTED IN SUCH RISKY, SHELL, MONEY LAUNDERING BULLSHIT THAT THESE VILARAIGOSA APPOINTED AND RE-APPOINTED COMMISSIONERS WERE INVESTING IN!!!
SO IT'S TIME TO WEED OUT THE DANDELION FROM THE ROOT, INSTEAD OF CUTTING OFF THE TOPS OVER AND OVER!!!
In other words, Zuma Dogg has seen the light and all roads (no matter what "tail chasing" issue I/we are complaining about) leads to a much bigger picture with people like Bill Clinotn, Ron Burkle, Darius Anderson and Dan Weinstein.
WE ARE IN A NEW AGE OF TRANSPARENCY WHERE WITH THE INTERNET, THEY OBVIOUSLY COULDN'T HIDE THE EMAILS FROM ZUMA DOGG THAT NEW YORK DAILY NEWS HAS NOW MADE MENTION OF!
THE ONLY WAY TO END THE CORRUPTION, IS TO EXPOSE IT!
This has been ONE BIG SHELL GAME run by a FEW SMALL people.
And when you talk about these people and how they do business, you have to drag stippers and hookers into the business conversation.
But these are degenerate, greedy and corrupt do-nothing, losers ONLY function is to make the decision to sell out their own people and hand out all the De Beers "grease the wheels" money to buy all the politicians on both sides, (while making sure some of the grease sticks to their own hands).
IT IS A WASTE OF TIME TO YELL AT COUNCIL OR THE MAYOR, ANYMORE, KNOWING WHAT I NOW KNOW.
So from here on in, I will try to take all the information I have come across over the past two weeks, with an emphasis on my weekend in Del Mar, where a lot of dots were connected and really driven home for me by my Wetherly insider, who I am about to post more from his memo about his history with Wetherly Capital, which documents THE history of Wetherly Capital. (And quite a history it is. I wonder if people know that Mark Siffin and Vicky Schiff used to be an item back in Las Vegas. But no need to go back to THAT court case. This isn't about THAT kind of "money laundering."
And if nothing else, hopefully, L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa reads this blog and will FIRE WILLIAM H. JACKSON as CRA Chairman, since he is Wetherly Capital's LONG-TIME attorney, involved in quite a few shady dealings, if you ask me, and as someone who does not want to see the mayor end up in a Federal prison, I think he needs to start making some decisions here.
I AM ABOUT TO POST MORE FROM MY SOURCE'S MEMO ABOUT THE GOOD OLE DAYS WITH THE CAST OF WETHERLY CAPITAL.
So again, thanks to my readers who may have noticed this new focus. That's because I feel this matter of PENSIONGATE and corruption is OVERWHELMING anything else, and I can't even think of anything else, because it seems like sucker, small potatoes in comparison.
And I don't like to feel like a sucker. AND, I sure hope Villar speaks with Jackson soon.

Mr. Dan Weinstein though is really nothing more than a whiner and a lackey for the some much more serious players. Certainly, Dan Weinstein has had his share of the headlines especially in the last Los Angeles Mayoral race butt he is a man who mostly takes instructions from higher up and mostly in the form of the telephone calls. At sum point one might want to subpoena all his phone records although again, I am sitting on all the evidence one would need to convince a jury that Mr. Weinstein and his other buddies who helped get Wetherly Capital kick-started are the ones really calling the shots.
The last time I met and spoke with Dan Weinstein was on February 8th probably within days of the Siffin court decision authorizing the deposition of Mr. Siffin. It seems though that Mr. Weinstein failed to inform his and/or Vicky Schiff’s lawyer of this rather telling meeting that took place in the World headquarters of Arden Realty, no doubt under the watchful eye of Mr. Burkle who is Mr. Clinton’s recent business partner.
Wetherly Capital have a rather interesting selection of corporate clients who they “assist” in helping raising monies from institutions like CALPERS. I have no idea whether they have had any success in these particular efforts although Mr. Burkle threw a couple of million into the kitty when he got his first $200 million installment from CALPERS. I doubt whether Wetherly Capital even have the right licenses to be doing what they are doing butt then again these folks make the rules.
[I'll end this segment here, because we don't need to get into, "*Nevada's high court wrote that the confidential documents contained "information that Minor had been dealing drugs with Harry Douglas Warmbier and M...LIKE I SAID, WE'LL PICK IT UP NEXT TIME.]
AND JUST SAY NO TO VILLARAIOGSA COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS...THEY'RE THE REAL PROBLEM, ALONG WITH THEIR CRONIES.
AND HEY, When I was in Del Mar over the weekend, did I see Lou Moret's house? I thought it was his daughter's (because I heard it was in his daughter's name) but maybe it's really his house and just in her name for other reasons.
MORE ON THAT, TOO...OH, this is fun. And hey Villarigosa and City Council, didn't you hear Tommy Shaw of Styx when he sang, "Too Much Time On My Hands." (I USED to be busy, but YOU had to pass an illegal ordinance, and here we are, bitches!)
