Zuma Dogg Feels it is the PayPal account that was set up for AEG/Jackson Memorial that COULD BE Part of L.A. City Attorney's CRIMINAL Investigation

For whatever reason, and that ain't any of your business, y'all...Zuma Dogg feels Matt Szabo's DUMB idea to pretend the City of L.A. is "Zuma Dogg" himself, and set up a Paypal account may be part of the "criminal aspect" part of L.A. City Attorney Carmen "Nuch" Trutanich's "CRIMINAL Investigation" over the AEG LIVE commercial Michael Jackson Memorial event.

Could it be that the Controller, Treasurer, and ITA all told the Mayor's office that they couldn't do it in time, so some staffer set it up by himself in a personal account, circumventing Controller, Treasurer, ITA? [REALLY, ZD could have set up the account in fifteen minutes?]

That could be construed as fraud or maybe embezzlement? Maybe nothing...but definitely shady when that money was not actually going into an official city account or fund. Imagine if you find out a PayPal account claiming to be "City of Los Angeles" was just Joe Schmoe's personal Paypal account? Hmmm.
