The 21 District includes the cities of Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, San Gabriel, Temple City, and Los Angeles communities including Altadena, Tarzana, Encino, Reseda, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Echo Park, Atwater Village, and Chinatown.
The other CD 2 candidate running against Krekorian, Christine Essel, has already signed a pledge that she will not for any other office while councilmember. KREKORIAN HAS REFUSED TO SIGN THE SAME AGREEMENT.
