Exclusive Budget Details of What L.A. City Will Be Doing Next (FIRST THING YOU WILL SEE HAPPEN)

Here's where I would be typing up my notes from my extensive budget discussions with city hall insiders from yesterday at city hall, but I'm more broke than the city and very hungry and can't take time to be the city's unpaid reporter when I don't have a dollar in my pocket.
