BREAKING NEWS: L.A. City Council Votes "Yes" on REJECTING DWP'S Green Fee Increase - FOR TODAY - DWP Will Return With Another Report on Tuesday

The headline says it all...check the other blogs for more...this is as much as I can generate, right now. Looks like they're gonna make DWP jump through some more dog and pony show hoops on Tuesday, let it go to the last second; when time runs out and it's too late to do anything else but pass it - as they explain how it will cost MORE if they do not pass it. (We'll see...that is just ZD speculation, as opposed to inside info/slam dunk/"for sure" information.)
