How to prevent a panic attack now that L.A. City Council has ALLOWED PERMANENT DWP Rate Hike - Will Take Mastery off ALL Mind Over Matter Techniques!

Thank you for tuning in to the Human Awareness Training blog. We are here to provide content to help you unleash your higher levels of human achievement through higher levels of awareness.

And a BIG part of all of this is managing your state (of mind/body). In other words, how do you react to negative news and situations.

HERE'S A TEST! How does your body respond to seeing THIS news:

4/27/10 - TODAY!: "4.8 percent LA DWP electric rate hike will start as scheduled on July 1. City council didn't have the 10 votes to assert jurisdiction."

NOW, STOP! BREAK THE PATTERN -- AND CHANGE YOUR STATE BEFORE YOUR HEAD TAKES OFF LIKE A ROCKET FROM YOUR SHOULDERS AND YOU SMASH YOUR HEAD AGAINST THE CEILING!

Unfortunately, THIS IS NOT A MERELY A TEST...but today's reality from the City Council meeting, so today a lot of people in the quickly declining City of Los Angeles will be trying to mitigate their negative emotions over City Council's inability to prevent DWP from permanently jacking up the rates over a mirage delusion of a green energy plan.

Please remember that the rate increase is not something tangible in the physical world, like a cement beam falling on top of you from an earthquake, or losing the city's treasury in a Wall Street "alternative investment" fraud scheme. It's only money being sucked out of your bank account and pockets for no good reason. And as you know, we can always print up more money, so it's not worth missing "Access Hollywood" over it, or anything.

So that's what the Human Awareness Training blog is here for. To provide content to help you manage your emotions so you don't have to double your medication or drink to inebriation.

It's best to learn how to detach emotionally from such a sad, tragic and peeving situation such as L.A. City Council . At least we can rely on principals of the universe (metaphysics) to take care of the problems. (Hasn't failed me, yet!) So let us all take a moment for a citywide meditation that some of the many FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS into the City of L.A.'s business dealings cause more overcrowding in the prison system.
