Today, a Federal Judge issued a STUNNING defeat to the City of Los Angeles as Zuma Dogg, Matt Dowd and nine other performers from Venice Beach Ocean Front Walk ("Venice Boardwalk")were issued an injunction, preventing the City from enforcing their amplified sound ban restrictions -- and blocking the lottery and permit system.

In other words, Zuma Dogg and Matt Dowd can set up wherever they want without having to go through no fucking lottery system...we don't need no fucking permits...and we can blast our fucking music and anti-City Council candidate noise -- LOUDER THAN VAN HALEN...
