Since I beat your ass in Federal Court, MORE than easily, since you are always forced to argue from a dumb-ass, crap position; and since for the past (nearly) five years, I dedicated myself to waking up everyday and WARNING your asses that your own negligent fraud, waste & abuse was about to drive the city into bankruptcy -- including constant and daily warnings that Zuma Dogg was not seeing any, "belt tightening" (to evil frowns from Wendy Greuel -- and DUMB, confused, sourpuss stares from HISTORICALLY & TRAGICALLY WRONG GREIG SMITH)...

I think I have MORE than proven to the city that you are no match, at all, when it comes to the public perception battle that has been taking place, very publicly, before the People of Los Angeles, over the past five years. CLEARLY, you MORE than lose when you ask around about "Zuma Dogg," and what his opinions on the municipal operations of the City of Los Angeles mean to them. (And that CONTINUES to not be good, for YOU!)
AND, THERE IS NOTHING I HAVE SAID THAT IS WRONG...AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU HAVE SAID THAT IT RIGHT.
MY WORDS HAVE BECOME YOUR REALITY FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR OVER VENICE BEACH (I WAS RIGHT ABOUT THAT...AND EVERYTHING ELSE SINCE THEN!) AND, THE WHOLE FUCKING CITY KNOWS IT.
WHERE IS THE FIRST TIME ANYONE HEARD ABOUT PENSIONS!?!?! YOU NEVER EVEN HEARD THE WORD MENTIONED IN THE MEDIA AS A BUDGET ISSUE UNTIL I WAS BURNT OUT FROM SAYING IT! And the list goes on...right up to today's CURRENT FBI INVESTIGATION INTO THE LAHD HOUSING DEPARTMENT, THAT ZUMA DOGG APPEARS TO BE THE ONLY PERSON IN TOWN FIGHTING AGAINST. (LAHD CORRUPTION!) I WARNED CITY COUNCIL I WASN'T GONNA STOP ON THIS ISSUE UNTIL LAHD GM STEPS DOWN...AND NOW THE FBI IS INVOLVED! (HOW MUCH YOU WANNA BET HE STEPS DOWN, NOW...AND A WHOLE LOT MORE COMES OUT IN THE INVESTIGATION. Why didn't you just have him replaced when I showed up the FIRST time and warned of what would be coming, otherwise?)

I told LAPD Pacific Division they are writing bullshit tickets without the proper signs posted and they are gonna buy the city another FEDERAL lawsuit. LAPD thinks they don't have to listen to Zuma Dogg the FIRST time he says something...SO 24 HOURS LATER...LAPD WAS INSTRUCTED TO STOP WRITING THE TICKETS!
Meanwhile, it not only created HEAT for the LAPD (and their judgment of resource allocations IS IN QUESTION INSIDE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS...ZUMA DOGG CAN CONFIRM THAT) -- but a NEW FEDERAL LAWSUIT is currently being drafted by Matt Dowd with seven new plaintiffs.And there's other stuff the city has done...ZD is ready to go to town on.
DID I NOT NOTIFY L.A. CITY THAT THE "NO AMPLIFIED SOUND" signs were still posted along the boardwalk, even though anyone may now amplify sound, ANYWHERE? THEN WHY DID I HAVE TO SAY IT TWICE BY GOING TO THE LAPD POLICE COMMISSION MEETING TO EXPOSE IT, ONLY TO NOW HAVE THE CITY "HOP TO!"??? (YOU MADE ME HAVE TO GO DOWNTOWN!!!) Cause guess what? I GUARANTEE YOU THE SIGNS WILL BE COMING DOWN IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS, OR I WILL BE VERY SURPRISED!
EXCEPT WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PRESS THE ZUMA DOGG "BI-POLAR" DOORBELL, BY MAKING ME SAY IT TWICE???
These are only a couple examples. PEOPLE DO NOT REALIZE WHAT GOES ON IN LA CITY NEWS HEADQUARTERS outside of the seven minutes a day at the city council meetings and even the blogging. MOST OF THIS STUFF HAS TO HAPPEN VIA EMAIL AND ZUMA DOGG UNLEASHING BIPOLAR JUICE ALL OVER PEOPLE WHO WORK INSIDE CITY HALL, VIA TELEPHONE!
SO MAYBE YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION SHOULD BE THE SAME AS ZUMA DOGG'S:

City Hall fears there is no longer any money to prosecute the misdemeanor tickets that LAPD writes -- cause the city is BROKE over LAPD and LA City Council's fraud, waste & abuse. (I don't see how they will be able to afford to do ANYTHING like prosecuting for mere misdemeanors . And wait until Council brings up THAT discussion in chambers! AND IT IS COMING!)
