SOMETHING LA WEEKLY/KNBC-4 CAN LOOK INTO: I HOPE LA City is NOT paying to send CARDENAS staff to a "Tech Conference" about Twitter & YouTube. HIS STAFFER IS THERE, NOW! IS THE STAFFER GETTING PAID TO ATTEND? WHO PAID the "Conference" fee. Who GETS "Conference Fee?" Is TONY CARDENAS connected to the operators of this convention?
