D: ZUMA DOGG DOESN'T ACCEPT PONY SHOWS! So when Building & Safety accountant, (who didn't know he was speaking to KINGPIN ZUMA DOGG) said, "Oh, I'm busy, can I call you back," as soon as ZD let him know, "BULLSHIT TIME WAS UP" (by mentioning a few of the right names and agencies; and telling him, "SIMPLY FAX THE PIECE OF PAPER IN FRONT OF YOU, THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT"), the answer is, "NO, you do not NEED to call me back, now!" You said that to my pal, ten too many times. NOW I CALL THE FBI, and let THEM straighten it out! ]HERE'S HOW IT'S BEEN GOING DOWN, FOR OVER FIVE YEARS...and it's STILL going down, as of TODAY! Until ZD is able to support his eating habits (and I'm at record low weight, so it hasn't been enough), ZD is likely to keep BUMPING INTO what he considers worthy of FURTHER INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI! Here's today's episode, from what will become a storyline in my new TV show script, "KINGPIN" (Based on real life stories and headlines):
ZD was COMPLETELY BROKE, STARVING and ALREADY SHAKY, this morning...AND, he has to make it all the way to MONDAY for his DIVORCE SETTLEMENT TALKS with L.A. City Attorney's Office. So he tweeted, this morning, that he needed someone to "wet his beak," with a slice of pizza, or something.
AN L.A. CITY NEWS/L.A. DAILY BLOG READER SAW THE TWEET, was in the area, and told me to meet them at a nearby Santa Monica restaurant. (EXCELLENT PAD THAI! THANK YOU, VERY MUCH!)
BUT, AS USUAL...if you are reading ZD's blog, you are someone interested/following L.A. City Hall, and usually have YOUR OWN ISSUES with the city, making you cranky.
SO AS USUAL, IT'S INEVITABLE, when you are having lunch with ZD, that these topics of how City Hall is SCREWING the person buying me lunch, ALWAYS COMES UP. AND I DON'T MIND, at first. I'm interested in it. I engage the conversation. But, then...the story goes on...and ZD can't believe what he is hearing...AND HE BECOMES CRANKIER AND CRANKIER WITH EACH ADDED LEVEL OF SHADINESS/CORRUPTION/RICO-RACKET THAT HE IS HEARING ABOUT...
AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT...HE IS PULLING HIS MOBILE PHONE OUT OF HIS POCKET, AS HE RUNS OUT OF RESTAURANT...AND OUTSIDE ONTO THE SIDEWALK...CAUSE IT'S ABOUT TO GET REAL LOUD!!!!
AND THE FIRST CALL IS TO THE COUNCILMAN'S OFFICE.
AND THE NEXT CALL IS TO THE LOCAL INVESTIGATIVE NEWS REPORTER.
I TOLD THE COUNCILMAN'S OFFICE, I WOULD POSTPONE MY CALL/TRIP TO WILSHIRE TO DISCUSS WITH FBI, UNTIL MONDAY, SINCE IT BROKE ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON...
AND I HOPE ZD IS SHOWN FAXED CONFIRMATION, THAT THE LIEN ON THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN REMOVED. CAUSE FOR SOME REASON, ZD & THIS PROPERTY OWNER...JUST DOESN'T TAKE THE GUY ON THE PHONE'S WORD, AS LEGAL AND BINDING! PUT IT IN WRITING! HERE IS THE SCAM, AS EXPOSED.
THIS GUY WHO TOLD ME HIS SITUATION IS PISSED: He says, "I did everything RIGHT and look what happens." This guy bought a blighted home, is re-doing the whole thing...the NEIGHBORS ARE STOKED!!!, since he's elevating the property value for all...BUT CITY HALL DOESN'T HAVE THEIR SHIT TOGETHER...CAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW...IT ALL EVENTUALLY MAKES IT TO THE KINGPIN!!! AND THIS PROPERTY IS IN BILL ROSENDAHL'S DISTRICT. But I'm sure he'll say, "Oh, we don't have a problem, in MY district!" NO, NO ONE DOES!!! ONLY EVERY ONE ELSE'S DISTRICT! BUT THE CITY TOOK 1000 PROPERTIES FROM MOM & POP PROPERTY OWNERS, WHO COULDN"T STOP THE L.A. CITY FRAUD/RICO-RACKET STEAMROLLER FROM MOVING FORWARD WITH HEARINGS...based on ERRONEOUS MISTAKES TO BEGIN WITH!!!!
HOW MANY, "ERRONEOUS" LIENS, based on OUTDATED RECORDS does L.A. City send out. AND THEN, how many of those property owners are sent letters, verifying the city recognizes that the owner is compliant? WHY DOESN'T L.A. CITY TAKE TEN EXTRA SECONDS TO LOOK AT THE NAME ON THE TITLE, AND MAKE SURE IT MATCHES THE PROPERTY THEY ARE ABOUT TO SEND THROUGH THE "ERRONEOUS" SYSTEM OF SYSTEMATIC PROPERTY TAKE-OVERS?
YOU ARE GOING TO BE SUED OVER THIS, UNTIL YOU ARE BEYOND BANKRUPT! AND IF YOU CAN BE HELD PERSONALLY LIABLE...PLAN ON THAT, TOO!
