Today, after a defeat in Federal court, delivered to the City of Los Angeles by Zuma Dogg and the Federal judge who placed an injunction on the previous constitutionally illegal, Venice Beach 42.15 (boardwalk regulations), last October, 21, 2010 -- after over a year of trying to craft a new ordinance, today the city passed a NEW constitutionally illegal version of 42.15. SHEER COMEDY!!!! See tweets below. Mainly, it IS an outrage, because although ZD may be happy about A LOT of the ordinance -- I CANNOT BE HAPPY ABOUT THE PARTS THAT BAN, "ALL," BECAUSE OF "SOME." (Some people! Some handcrafts! It goes downhill from there. AND OH YEAH, STILL NO ZUMA DOGG SHIRTS!!! THERE HAVE BEEN VARIOUS RULINGS STATING OTHERWISE (that they ARE allowed!) SO, LOOKS LIKE IT'S ZUMA DOGG 2012!

Housing FRAUD & ABUSE (CORRUPTION) of FEDERAL MONEY that Dennis Zine plagiarized Zuma Dogg over: Zine said fake non-profits are set up, where the FEDERAL MONEY is funneled in, as a way to 'wash' it, then they use it however they want." THEN, Dennis announced, "if members of the public are aware of corruption, they should tell a councilmember." (HEY!!!! I THOUGHT WE DID THAT???) YOU GUYS ARE IN A LOT OF TROUBLE!!!

HERE ARE SOME THINGS OF THE PAST TO BRING BACK SOME FOND, WARM & FUZZY MEMORIES: The GOOD OLD DAYS, when Venice Beach was a safe place to perform. AND OH YEAH: The retail stores on the east, blamed the vendors on west side of beach for their economic troubles. GLAD EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE NOW!!!! I GUESS IT'S THE VENICE VENDORS WITH STUFF ON A TABLE, OUTSIDE THAT IS YOUR ECONOMIC PROBLEM!!! HOW ABOUT SELLING SOME THINGS PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IN 2000-2012??? Are you selling a lot of those, "Do You Have A Ticket For The Gun Show," shirts? Or, "I Put Ketchup on my Ketchup" shirts? LOL!!! So, NOW...ALL THE STORES WILL BE ABLE TO PAY RENT...cause it's not the ECONOMY...it's not the LOW INCOME ELEMENT that now inhabits the boardwalk, who walk down the path, with arms crossed, not carrying anything. THE REASON PEOPLE DON'T BUY THINGS IN THE STORES, IS BECAUSE OF ZUMA DOGG T SHIRTS...THE LADY SELLING A CRYSTAL...AND ALL THE OTHER NUTTY STUFF!

AND REMEMBER...NO STUFFED ANIMALS!!! (Does one store on the boardwalk even carry stuffed animals?) PLUS, a stuffed animal has no nominal utility (use/function.) It is the same as a statue, which is allowed. IT GETS WORSE FROM HERE:  Just like Deadheads ain't bringing back THAT magic era...the era we are all used at Venice Beach IS TRULY OVER...no matter WHAT law the city passes.

THE CITY HAS CHANGED! THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE CITY HAS CHANGED. A lot of businesses LEFT L.A. for being too hard to do business with, and they took their employed people/residents/Venice Beach visitors, with them. It's all a part of, "The Downgrading of Los Angeles." And not by Moodys...by Villaraigosa and L.A. City Council. THEY CAUSED IT!!! LISTEN TO THE MEETINGS!!! LOOK AT THE CBS/FOX11/KCET INVESTIGATIONS. LOOK AT THE FBI INVESTIGATIONS!!! MOST DEPARTMENTS IN WHAT IS DESCRIBED AS, "SYSTEMATIC," PROBLEM!!! THEY PILFERED, WASTED AND MISMANAGED THE MONEY!!! FLAT OUT RICO RACKET FRAUD!!! FBI HAS ALREADY PROVEN THAT...AND THAT WAS TIP OF ICEBERG...MORE TO COME!!!

TODAY, L.A. Council had to address what an L.A. City Councilman described as, "creating fake non-profits, funneling in FEDERAL MONEY, as a way to wash it, then they use it for whatever they want."
