IS THIS CARMEN TRUTANICH/MEYERS-NAVE "QUID PRO QUO?":
LIST OF MEYERS-NAVE ATTORNEYS WHO CONTRIBUTED TO L.A. CITY ATTORNEY CARMEN TRUTANICH:
Steve Meyers, John Harris, Kim Colwell, Benjamin Reyes II, Deborah Briggs, Amrit Satish Kulkarni, Adam Lindgren, Steven Mattas, Jayne Williams, James Casso, Joseph Quinn III, Julia Bond, Sky Woodruff.
TRUTANICH hired Meyers-Nave MEGA-HIGH PRICED OUTSIDE COUNSEL to drag Zuma Dogg's WINNING damage claim to jury; and most likely appeal the jury award amount. THIS IS NOT TO WIN THE CASE. I ALREADY BEAT TRUTANICH IN FEDERAL COURT! And, I have proposed a settlement offer that is a FRACTION of cost to the city to drag out. AND a jury MAY award me a much LARGER amount, than I am asking for, since I have a State diagnosed disability, which will be considered.
SO IS IT "QUID PRO QUO" if a bunch of attorneys from a law firm contribute to his campaign, and he ends up hiring them as outside counsel, to rack up fees, out of the general fund, on DUMB STUFF, like ZD's proposed settlement offer, that is a fraction of what he is spending?
[PICTURE FOR Zuma Dogg vs Trutanich JURY: In LA Weekly article with sub-headline, "Carmen Trutanich Has Trampled The Rights of Street Artists & Protesters," Zuma Dogg is used as the ONLY RECOGNIZABLE person in the cover article graphic. Also, Trutanich once approached Mr. Dogg, wrapped both hands around Mr. Dogg's throat -- and shook his head, back and forth, after Mr. Dogg said supportive things on TV about Trutanich's opponent in City Attorney race.]
