He's good, good pals with Los Angeles City Council President Herb Wesson, and appointed by Wesson's good, good pal, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa (L.A. RICO Mafia Puppet) to the Los Angeles Housing Department -- and is the HEAD HONCHO/DECIDER in charge of placing your property in the RENT ESCROW ACCOUNT PROGRAM (REAP) -- as investigated by the FBI.
You may remember Mr. Aldalpe being in the media, last year, when the LAHD window clerk, serving Wesson's Koreatown area was busted for requiring a BRIBE to get the job done. Bobby said he had NO idea how that could have happened.
BUT, Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen "Nuch" Trutanich should issue a memo, in an abundance of caution, to all the ladies in the House (Housing Dept, that is) -- and attach the memo to every letter sent out to RENT ESCROW VICTIMS (who are female, who have to meet with Mr. Aldope), to warn them, that Roberto Aldalpe was FIRED from his job at "Legal Aid," after being caught (BUSTED) for looking up womens' skirts.
Since Mr. Aldalpe is taller than one would have to be, to simply look UP to see under a skirt, it most likely means that Bobby is a REAL creep, and was laying on the floor, HIDING under the table the women were sitting at, or something. (YOU do the logistics.)
I would hate for the City to get hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit, based on the type of behavior that was practiced at "LEGAL AID." (How ironic. I wonder if he hired them for his own case?)
