DID YOU KNOW during public comment at the council meetings you are not allowed to ask questions. But Zuma Dogg wants ANSWERS. And here are the ones I will be extracting from Mr. Wesson (Los Angeles City Council President Herb Wesson).

Dear Gentlelosers:

Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act, I am writing to request a copy of the following writings, documents, and records which I understand to be in the possession, control and/or knowledge of this jurisdiction:

1. Permits denied of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, applied for in Council District 10 (CD 10), for period of past four years.

2. Request of funds applied for in CD 10 by non-profit groups/organizations for period of past four years.

3. Listing of non profits who were granted funds by CD 10, and the amount of money awarded for period of past four years.

4. All documents, writings, records (paper and electronic) of CD 10 office, relating to Sam In, including phone records of office  phone and mobile phone of councilmember Herb Wesson.


Should you deny part or this entire request, you are required to provide a written response describing the legal authority or authorities on which you rely.
