If I'm in a good mood, you can thank the great Les McKeown, who you girls remember as Bay City Rollers LEAD SINGER, and he still is. I HAD to watch "SATURDAY NIGHT" when it popped up mix in with some "suggested videos." I dug the tune in the 70's, like everyone else who was around for it, but of course, beyond that song...the sweet bubble gum sound and pretty boy hair (and face) of Les was not exactly Lil ZD's cup of tea, back in the day. But, now, as I am REALLY focusing on the art and craft of singing/peforming (and the spirit behind it), more than ever, when I watched early videos of Les in The Rollers, I saw what a truly blessed spirit he was/IS, and now consider him to be a TRUE ALL-TIME GREAT and CURRENT LEGEND! Can't hold the looks against him, if I am to be fair. And now, I can do that, since I don't have to compete for girls, with him, which I actually used to have to. ("Oh, David...I already HAVE a boyfriend...Les McKeown!!!" VERY FUNNY, GIRLS!!!) HERE'S MY REVENGE! Zuma Dogg joins LES & THE ROLLERS for LIVE TV Special!!! You are a popular person at Council, and always have something interesting to say. I hope this news spins your head enough to take a stand and help to stop this travesty that is about to happen.
Interim-General Manager (for the second time) Rushmore Cervantes, although having his hands tied by the Mayor, did a decent job overseeing the Housing Department over the past several years, and without any recognition from the Mayor, was suddenly replaced by returning Mercedes Marquez.
Neither the memo from the Mayor suddenly announcing this appointment, the L.A. Times, nor the Daily News mentioned anything about him, and only refrenced past General Manager Douglas Guthrie. What a slap in the face that was! Meanwhile the fear of the future of the department is at stake.....
The request is for you to please help the poor hard working (other than most upper management staff) dedicated employees at the Housing Department. We found out two days ago that former General Manager Mercedes’ Marquez had been appointed by the Mayor (proof positive that he has lost his mind) to be the interim-General Manager of the Housing Department, AND be Villaraigosa's Housing Deputy, also overseeing the Housing Authority of City of Los Angeles (HACLA).
WHAAAAAAT!! She has been working for HUD in Washington for the past few years under the Obama administration. It has been reported that, just as she had done in Los Angeles, she promoted and got involved in some shady business deals with developers on the East coast, and was quietly forced out of HUD.
Someone saw the handwriting on the wall, and wanted to get her out before more damage was done. I was told that over 50 employees left or retired from the L.A. Housing Department between 2004-2006 because of her general mismanagement of the department, misappropriation of tens of millions of dollars in funds, and behind closed doors, tyrannical dictatorship of the department. She forced out 100's of years of institutional knowledge, leaving most of the department in shambles. [ZD: That's the East L.A. Mafia way!]
She created positions that did not exist, and were not authorized by the Personnel Department, and then hired unqualified personal contacts to be Directors, Assistant General Managers; and hired numerous other unqualified tenants’ rights activists to upset the balance, purpose and mission of the Housing Department.
Some of your complains about the department are mostly due to something she created or altered to fit her own agenda, and NOT consistent with the Municipal Code that normal employees are required to follow.
They went on to say that most of the staff is sickened at the thought of her returning, and are scared to death at what lies ahead, starting Monday June 18, 2012.
They don't know who to go to, because of certain retribution, and asked me to relay their immediate concerns to you. Please help them, ZD!!
[I am happy y'all thought of me, but cranky at the same time. ZD is a little bit under the thin ice, but can at least post this for all to see. NOT that ANY L.A. activists/bloggers/reporters care about L.A. Housing Department corruption. TRUST ME. You end up with CRICKETS in your food coffers -- and if you need a ride to and event or meeting to make an impact/difference -- everyone you know, has a flat tire on the exact same day. So it's "KEEP FIGHTING, ZD...just take the bus, even though you haven't eaten in 48 hours and are diagonsed disabled by the State. I COULD DO A LOT WITH A LITTLE HELP, but folks like ZD to be a solo train wreck. Good luck to the "poor" LAHD workers. I think ZD is poor...YOU PEOPLE have salaries and pensions and ate food over the past 48 hours. I'd like to be running down to council chambers to blast this on TV 35. But, I don't have bus fare money. I'm both honored and flattered, yet at the same time, it FRUSTRATES me that PAID L.A. City workers ask ZD to help THEM. (Because I would have prefered to not have know, and not gotten cranky over it/stayed ignorantly blissful.) I guess I have something very special. Too bad there is no value in it. MALIBU LOCALS NEED TO REVOLT OVER MALIBU LAGOON-DOGGLE! Jerry Brown Needs His Ass RECALLED Over This Issue!

Oh no, Zuma Dogg was wandering his old Malibu haunts, along PCH, today, toward the SPECIFIC goal of putting my political activism gadfly public comments BEHIND me, and getting BACK to PRE-ACTIVISM life, which was in MALIBU, before L.A. City Hall dragged me into L.A. City limits, closer to the city hall I was fighting (for my civil rights).
As I was walking along PCH, a surfer hopped out of his van and asked me if I was going to the Malibu City Council meeting, tonight. (As though that is why I was in the area.) He immediately told me how many people would be at the meeting, to protest the Malibu Lagoon dredging (now known as "Lagoon-doggle" per ZD) and asked if I could attend the meeting to throw some public comment hardballs at council. SO ZD STUCK AROUND MALIBU for the council meeting and delivered a 3 minute public comment on the project, based on information surmised by ZD from the community, that filled the movie theater style seats in council chambers, with forty five (45) public comment speaker cards turned in. (And thank goodness ZD got there early, they called the cards in order, and ZD was speaker number four, of the forty five=3 hours of comments.)
HERE'S THE SUMMARY:
This project (draining of the Malibu Lagoon toward the goal of drying it out), is a fraudulent boondoggle ("Lagoon-doggle" as ZD called it on TV at the meeting) that will NEVER be accomplished, after MILLIONS of dollars are wasted, the Lagoon is destroyed; and Jerry Brown and the Coastal Commissioners will NEVER be held accountable. UNLESS YOU REVOLT. HERE'S WHY:
You can NEVER make a lagoon dry. Ever dig a big hole in the sand on the beach, near the edge of the water. The water always fills the hole back up through some miracle of physics.
The contractors had NO IDEA the project was THIS MASSIVE in scale and IMPOSSIBLE to accomplish. The contractors have NO IDEA how to even move through the task at hand. IT WILL NEVER BE ACCOMPLISHED. But, again: WHO CARES, if you are Jerry Brown and the Coastal Commissioners? THE MONEY WILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN SPENT ON THE CONTRACTORS, AND THE UNION JOBS WILL HAVE BEEN CREATED AND ADDED TO THE EMPLOYMENT NUMBERS.
Who cares if you leave a historically tragic coastal mess, involving LIVING birds and fish and things that live in that living environment.
THE MONEY FOR THE PROJECT is BOND MONEY that was approved after September 11th (9-11) as a "clean water act," when there was fear/concern over tampering of the water supply. The money may also be used for, "restoration" projects, but this is NOT a "restoration," because there are no plans to restore the lagoon, just drudge it and dry it and kill it.
WHY?
Zuma Dogg believes the contractor gave contributions to Jerry Brown and the Coastal Commission. So, that means Jerry Brown and the Coastal Commission have to return the favor, with a phony-crony project, to create jobs -- at ANY expense.
ZD reminded Malibu City Council, they are elected to represent the voice of the people, and the people's voice is they don't want the lagoon drudged/they don't want this to happen.
Council hides behind the fact it is a STATE project and they are powerless. The community wants council to file a suit to stop the drudging. Zuma Dogg asked on TV if there are any attorneys in Malibu (I think there are) who can help the people against the project (EVERYONE) and file a suit/injunction to stop it.
ZD certainly already thought of a few things to say and do that could result in Jerry Brown running to the lagoon, himself to stop the bulldozers. If there are any powerful attorneys in Malibu, please call Zuma Dogg to discuss how to get an injunction ordered.
And finally, ZD reminded council, they can SAY they are powerless, but there were A LOT of people in chambers (with 45 speakers) for a NON-AGENDA topic. And that is a lot of political power, and it will be used against them, next election.

Zuma Dogg's Trip To Malibu Home, Brings Him Full Circle and Restorated to Pre-City Hall Era (HE HOPES!) An Update From Zuma Dogg (Diary Entry)
Like when Gene Simmons & KISS shocked the world by showing up at the Grammy Awards, circa '94, in full make-up, together as the original group, for the first time in years; TODAY, was quite a SHOCKER for the Malibu masses, as ZUMA DOGG returned to Malibu cable TV for the first time since circa '09, for today's (06-11-12) Malibu City Council meeting.
Back in 2000-2006, Zuma Dogg was seen strolling Malibu shopping plazas, soaking up the fame (but not fortune) as Malibu's TOP celebrity icon. (The celebrity the celebrities ran up to meet.)
THEN, as some of you may be aware of, the City of Loss Angeles (two "s" not a typo) violated my 1st Amendment civil rights, at Venice Beach boardwalk -- and I ended up homeless (NOT living in the Malibu area), but in my car -- and CLOSER to L.A. City Hall (in Loss Angeles).
And, my TV show took a turn from improv comedy, to political activism -- and I disappeared from Malibu, entirely, for YEARS.
Two years ago, I was able to move off the streets and into an apartment in Venice, near the Santa Monica side. And, although I could have started to take the bus to Malibu, at any time over these past two years, I was still caught up in L.A. City Hall energy -- and was still in a MASSIVE "state-of-shock" from the years of homelessness, while pushing round the clock as a city hall gadfly, fighting for my rights vs City of Los Angeles. (A lot of bad energy when you are fighting city hall, as you may have heard. There is even a saying that you CAN'T fight City Hall.)
These past few months were the WORST of all, and I almost crashed and burnt, once and for all.
But, I was able to make some adjustments in my lifestyle...mainly, simply forgetting about and dropping EVERYTHING and living a VERY NARROW, limited lifestyle. Basically, just walking around my neighborhood area for coffee and mini-mart items. And I was able to shake A LOT (but not all) of the bad L.A. City gadfly energy (mainly by staying in Santa Monica, and out of L.A.). AND, I finally got to the point, over the weekend -- and again, today -- where I was able to walk over to the bus stop to Malibu and spend the day there. (The bus to Malibu from 3rd St Promenade Pier is BETTER than driving there. The bus FLIES down PCH, with scenic view -- and only makes one or two stops, if any, at all.)
AND, simply walking around Malibu, after ALL THESE YEARS -- and having the community honk as they drive by -- and smile and shout out ZD, like it was the PEAK of my TV show days was VERY spiritually uplifting. After I spoke at the council meeting, the crowd cheered/high-fived/hugged ZD. I've done a thousand public comments in L.A., and the People of L.A. have let me know 1000s of times how important it is to them -- and how much my public comments mean to them, since they can't be there at that time, or can't/aren't comfortable speaking out on TV in a public forum. But, in a NEW forum, for the first time, to have the crowd cheer and high five and hug ZD, after I ranted out what I had just gathered, listening to the community, before the meeting -- made me understand how important it is to people, to have someone stand up and belt it out, as only ZD does.
It DID make me feel heroic and made me realize like Peter Parker and Bruce Wayne (who I have always compared myself to), you can't just throw it away and sit on it. And I HAVE been sitting on it, too mucn -- and that's why I've been bouncing off the ceiling, this past year.
It sounds narcassistic, egotistical, delusional -- and all the other things my social worker says about me. BUT, it really hit home, that I am a blessed with certain creative gifts -- and the world blesses me with their smiles as I walk the streets, each day -- and that's the hardest thing in the world to do...to make strangers feel happy and comfortable enough with a stranger passing by, that they feel like they know you and smile and shout you out as you pass by. And there is kind of a universal/quantum pressure to serve your purpose.
When the surfer, who I never met and didn't know, stopped me on the street and asked me if I could speak at today's council meeting on the Malibu lagoon, I was at the bus stop, waiting to return home. It was 3:00pm and the meeting didn't start until 6:30pm. But, it seemed SO important to him that ZD try to show up. He offered me a ride all the way back to Venice, after. He said, ANYTHING I needed to be able to be there. So, I figured if it was gonna be THAT big a deal for the community, I wanted to be there. And it WAS a big deal for Malibu, cause there were 45 public comment speaker cards, for the NON-AGENDA item.
So I really EXTRA appreciated it, today...after all these years. People didn't forget any more than they didn't forget KISS when they walked out with 2Pac for the Grammies, as mentioned above. So it feels full circle for Zuma Dogg. I can just hop the bus anytime, and even everyday -- and be in the center of Malibu in 20 minutes. (People who LIVE in Malibu, up the canyons have to drive longer than 20 minutes from the North end to Cross Creek/Malibu Colony plazas. ZD is in the Malibu Adjacent Annex!)
So, I FINALLY FEEL THE WAY I DID WHEN I FIRST WALKED INTO CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN 2006: These L.A. City Clouncilmembers are a bunch of pathetic, no-heart, greedy, desperate, lowest form of human life, bottom feeding losers, with NOTHING to offer, except corruption behind the guns (police) they hide behind. These low life criminal L.A. City Clouncilmembers wouldn't have the heart, guts or courage to vote yes on ONE THING they vote yes on, if they weren't hiding behind police with guns. AND I AM SO HEAD AND SHOULDERS SUPERIOR IN EVERY WAY, TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU CLOUNCILOSERS (Except Bernard Parks).
SO ZUMA DOGG SHOULDN'T BE THINING ABOUT NO PUNK ASS BITCH COUNCIL PUSSIES. I'm a beloved/cherished/blessed/gifted/phenomenal icon of ALL TIME. And I need to stay focused on being like Bill Murray at the END of "Groundhog's Day," and try to live my day, the way he did. (Being a positive spirit to ANY AND ALL people who you encounter.)

Trutanich's Downfall
It is hard to pinpoint precisely what caused DA wannabe City Attorney Carmen Trutanich to crash and burn at the polls in Tuesday's primary election. Former supporter and political activist Zuma Dogg offers his thoughtful analysis. [WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS STRONG LANGUAGE]
Trutanich lost the election by a crushing margin, not only wiping out any hope he had to 'win this thing in the primary,' but also removing him from what many believed would be the lead position in a runoff election.
Trutanich lost a shot at the runoff by the narrowest of margins to second-placed DA candidate Assistant Head Deputy Alan Jackson. That margin that could perhaps have gone the other way but for many factors. Certainly, it appears that the efforts of Zuma Dogg to repay Trutanich for betraying a promise may have help to tip the balance.
According to Dogg, Trutanich promised Dogg a job at the City Attorney's office in reward for Dogg's efforts to help Trutanich become City Attorney in 2009. Trutanich never followed through on that promise and stopped accepting calls from Dogg, explaining away Dogg's anti-Trutanich position as 'sour grapes.'
'Sour grapes' or not, it seems that Zuma Dogg joins a long line of community activists who remain committed to ensuring that the public learn more about Trutanich's character than any amount of expensively produced campaign videos, mailers and tv ads can overcome.

ZUMA DOGG UPDATE: During Trutanich's '09 campaign for City Attorney, I pushed hard the entire campaign, from before ANYONE reading this EVER heard of Trutanich. And most of you reading this met him/heard about him, for the first time, from Zuma Dogg. I did what I did, because Villaraigosa's puppet Jack Weiss had to be defeated, and Trutanich said a bunch of stuff, that he completely did 180's on, as soon as he got into office. So, I guess I learned a lesson regarding endorsing politicians. OR, maybe I just got burnt by the worst example of a human being, in political history. Toward the end of the campaign, last couple weeks, if not the last week of the campaign, I called "Nuch" on his cell phone, one night, to update him on some media things, and advised him to make a call to a radio station, that was talking about the election, at that moment. Trutanich burst out into, "Zuma Dogg, you are too good. If I win the election, I'm going to give you a job." I appreciated that he was fired up and pleased by the world-class strategy of ZD. I continued to push, as I had been, for the final week, or so, of the six months of relentless radio, TV and blog support of Trutanich. I did what I did, because that's what I do...but of course it was ANNOYING when he didn't invite me to the victory lunch and never followed up on a job, even if it was washing his car and taking his suits to the cleaners. IT WAS JUST TOO EASY TO SAY IT...AND TOO EASY TO SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, regarding sour grapes issue: Had the only issue with Trutanich been a personal issue with ZD, and I had gone to town on alerting the people what a liar and loser he was, just because of my personal beef, I would have lost the credibiltity you know I have worked so hard to maintain over the years. And when we look back, in retrospect, not only was I right about Trutanich...THE ENTIRE MEDIA GLOBESPHERE SEEMED TO HAVE AGREED.
AND, nice of Joe Friday to highllight my efforts -- and I DO feel, based on the thin margin Trutanich missed the run-off by, "THE ZUMA DOGG FACTOR," made a 100% difference...BUT, of COURSE, without Joe Friday...TRUTANICH WOULD BE IN THE RUN-OFF, FOR CERTAIN, AS WELL. The FOX-11 COVERAGE that was generated off L.A. Dragnet blog, alone, made the difference. OF COURSE John & Ken, LA Weekly's DEVASTATING "Trutanich The Barbarian" article, L.A. Times (and Steve Lopez) -- and everyone else brought Trutanich ALL THE WAY DOWN to a low enough margin, that the bloggers end up making the final difference.
IT DOES TAKE A 100% FOCUSED EFFORT OF ALL OF US TO DEFEAT THESE SHADY POLITICIANS (AND BALLOT MEASURES) IN THESE ELECTIONS, due to the built in union/office support officials and ballot measures have. And when you add it all up, quantum physics take over (Aka: karma), and the CLOWN loses being in the run-off by 1%. LOL! Gotta LOVE quantum principals of the universe!

Get To Know Deborah Fox and Meyers-Nave...You Are Paying For Their CRAPPY Legal Services Out of L.A. City General Fund (READ MEDIA ARTICLES ON THEIR PERFORMANCE - "#DeborahFox of #Meyers-Nave, in particular, made a fool of herself during oral arguments before the 9th circuit."
If you have been following my blogging and TV 35 public comments before L.A. City Council, then you know, around February 2012, ZD got the BAD NEWS that settlement talks were OFF the table, and L.A. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich hired HIGH PRICED outside counsel firm Meyers-Nave, with Deborah "Deb" Fox in charge of throwing hardballs at Zuma Dogg and Matt Dowd.
DOWD/DOGG already WON in Federal court, and the city has admitted liability, and that they owe us damages. BUT, instead of a settlement, Carmen Trutanich had L.A. City Council approve an initial $100,000 out of the L.A. City general fund, to drag this all the way through depositions, medical examinations for ZD, summary judgement, preparation for jury trail, then jury trial in October 2012.
CONSIDERING DOWD/DOGG are only TWO of the ELEVEN (11) plaintiffs on the suit, the city owes damages, Meyers-Nave is likely to run out of the initial $100K, and Trutanich will have to ask Council to approve MORE!!!
AND, City of Los Angeles taxpayers are paying for our (ALL ELEVEN) attorney fees. We all have the same attorney. His FEDERALLY APPROVED FEE is $750 an hour (or I think it may be $850, I forget, cause I don't pay it, the CITY of LOS ANGELES does, out of the same general fund for fire, police and ALL city staff and services.)
PLUS, you NEVER know what a jury will award. It's not like L.A. City Council is popular, these days, in the area. And they DID violate CIVIL RIGHTS (1st Amendment). People tend to not like that.
Deb Fox is paid out of the L.A. City General Fund, at $350 an hour. And two other attorneys make $225 an hour. PLUS, the office clerk makes $125 an hour.
ALL ELEVEN of us had DEPOSITIONS. The stenographer cost money. And it's between 3-7 hours of depositions, for EACH plaintiff. (THEN, ALL attorneys have to read the VOLUMES of paper generated for these reports. ALL PAID BY L.A. CITY TAXPAYERS/GENERAL FUND.)
And, later this month, ZD has to go through two days worth of medical examinations, since my disability diagnosis is part of the damages claim. IMAGINE HOW MUCH THE MEDICAL DOCTOR WILL GET FOR ALL THOSE HOURS (8-12 hours, I think). THEN, the attorneys looking over the report. PLUS, all my other medical records. It will be GREAT. ALL BECOMING PUBLIC RECORD. 1000's of pages. COUNTLESS BILLABLE HOURS for the $350 and $750 hour attorneys. (Plus, the $124-$250 hour staff.)
THEN, it all has to be argued by both attorneys for the jury in a LONG jury trial of ELEVEN (11) plaintiffs. AND WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH A JURY WILL DECIDE TO AWARD.
So, why would Deborah Fox of Meyers-Nave want to settle the case, and put an end to her L.A. general fund gravy train. Especially, since at least fifteen (15) Meyers-Nave attorneys contributed to Carmen Trutanich's City Attorney campaign. Hands wash each other, don't they?

After six years of exposing the fraud, waste and abuse at City Hall, as a blogger/gadfly/frequent radio caller/etc (along w you and others), I feel it is time to move to the next phase.
Six years ago, radio hosts didn't blast about city hall, daily. LA Times never had a bad thing to say about city hall.
When I would say Garcetti was "Garshady," people told me he was such a good guy.
NOW THE WHOLE SITUATION HAS BEEN BLOWN WIDE OPEN.
I feel SILLY, at this point, piling on w more finger pointing, and exposing further issues. The FBI is investigating. I think I can relax, now, on further exposure, cause bringing FEDS to City Hall was my goal.
AND THE MAIN THING IS, it doesn't matter how many things me, you and Wendy expose, because the administrative system is broken, so you couldn't fix the problem, anyway.
You are probably aware of my Deming/Quality & Prodictivity talk. I put together a new site w seminar style videos (and blog posts) where I begin, from the top, what REAL quality & productivity talk sounds like, to put people in the mindset of what quality talk actually sounds like.
You also may know Dr. Deming sent me his own faxed reply to my interpretation of his life work, saying it was, "Well done." And that, alone, was controversial. Cause no on believed me, cause he didn't send out anything except red in replies.
Tony Robbins (who bowed down to me on his own stage, which I was told was a first), also sent me a letter calling it, "fabulous."
The article was published in Quality Digest, where the publisher said he especially enjoyed my explanation of Deming's more controversial points.
AND, I ended up on the 40th floor of the Viacom bldg/Times Square, where I stunned top U.S. executives, with paradigm shifting/never before seen genius (as noted by the top radio and record research company in the world, not just U.S., "Broadcast Architecture.")
So, I put together http://zumadogg.wordpress.com/ to apply it all to L.A. City, and is what these big money seminars sound like. People won't care though, cause it's actual real talk, not just Jerry Springer yahoo, finger pointing. BUT, it IS the only starting point, according to human history, that I am aware of. U.S. News & World Report puts Deming's Japan post-war economic recovery/miracle among Top 9 most influential turning points in human history. Deming said ZD gets it. (And more importantly, can articulate it.)
I will sit back and watch in frustration as Kevin James fans think they are fixing the city, and ZD sings classic rock classics as he walks along Santa Monica State beach, as the life raft ("Interpreting Deming's 14 Points") is ignored.
The one guy who read my article was Beutner. He used the example, out of my article, about kids needing glasses to read in classroom.

Carmen "The Clown" Trutanich is paying DEB FOX of MEYERS-NAVE $350 an hour (out of L.A. City GENERAL FUND), plus stenographer $125 an hour. PLUS, other attorneys assigned to the case at $250 and hour. THERE ARE ELEVEN (11) OF US ON THE LAWSUIT, THAT WE ALREADY WON!!! THIS IS JUST TO PREPARE FOR A LONG JURY TRIAL (OF 11 WINNING PLAINTIFFS), TO AWARD DAMAGES.

Besides the money Trutanich is paying Meyers-Nave to drag this whole thing out, instead of a settlement...THE CITY ALSO PAYS OUR (DOWD/DOGG & 9 OTHER PLAINTIFFS) ATTORNEY'S FEE, at $750 and hour (times eleven).
Between depositions, analysis of depositions, medical examinations of Zuma Dogg by outside doctor city is requiring, preparing for the summary judgement (on Code of Conduct/Rules of Decorum during public comment on council meeting for interruptions/cut-offs/ejections/bans of DOWD/DOGG over SIX YEAR PERIOD, still yet to be ruled on by FEDERAL judge) -- IT COULD COST AN EXTRA MILLION DOLLARS, on top of a MUCH HIGHER JURY AWARD, perhaps, than what DOWD/DOGG were asking for.
SO YOU CAN ASK CARMEN TRUTANICH about all of this, for an explanation of why he is using scarce city general fund dollars (same dollars for fire, police, parks, libraries, street repair, mechanics to repair fire trucks/EMS trucks, ENTIRE CITY STAFF for ALL SERVICES).
AND, since DEB FOX is taking CITY MONEY, and this whole deal is listed on the city website, I am going to post ZUMA DOGG'S DEPOSITION WITH DEB FOX OF MEYERS-NAVE, so TAXPAYERS can see where this is headed, and the WEAK ASS/EMPTY BULLSHIT MEYERS-NAVE is trying to take to a jury.
DEB FOX HAD A DATE WITH THE FEDERAL JUDGE, YESTERDAY (06/05/12) on another Venice lawsuit filed by MATT DOWD, et al, for paintings/photos (1st Amendment) -- and I heard is went BADLY for DEB!
SO LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING FOR. DEPOSITION COMING UP, NEXT, ON THIS BLOG.
BUT FIRST, LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION: If I said I was going to "throw you under the bus," would you feel that is a threat, and you need to be concerned that ZD is going to physically pick up and throw you under a moving bus, to the extent that you feel you need to pursue the matter, further?
IS DEB FOX BEING PAID $350 an hour, out of L.A. City general fund to read each and every tweet by Zuma Dogg? OR IS IT JUST AN OBSESSION, PERHAPS? I better go easy on my tweets. The City of L.A. may be paying for each one.
