Judge Overturns Stupidvisors Hour Long Ban on "Taco Trucks"

Los Angeles County taco trucks rolling again

A judge overturns a recent county supervisors' hourlong limit on how long the mobile food vendors can remain parked in one spot.

Awwwwwwwwwww yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I know a whole lot of people who are gonna be Dancing in the Streets and letting the GOOD Times Roll over this one, much to the equally intense dismay of others.

Some issues are uniters...Some issues are dividers. All I know, is ZD loves eating off those trucks no matter how long they get to park there. And with more and more people able to afford real restaurants less and less, may as well embrace this underground, street economy until the Grand Avenue Project totally revitalizes the city and the economy.

UPDATE/ZUMA JUST THOUGHT OF THIS: If the ban that the Los Angeles Board of County Stupidvisors passed was deemed illegal as a violation of the First Amendment...

THAT MEANS EVERYONE WHO WAS WRITTEN A TICKET AND FOUND TO BE GUILTY IN COURT...WILL BE ABLE TO SUE OVER THE INFRACTION!!!

(Oh my goodness, Carol Sobel, the ACLU and every attorney in town just had it handed to them.) Is ZD happy? NO...and he would like to aks the City and County to stop passing illegal rules in violation of Federal Law (See Hunt/Dowd - Venice Beach)...you are going to bankrupt the region out of your own arrogance and ignorance.

This isn't about whether you think these trucks should be able to be parked for one hour, or one decade...it's about another series of lawsuits the City and County just opened themselves up to...

YOU DUMB A-HOLES! (Hey Zev...you're too arrogant for Southern California's own good.)
