NOTICE TO CITY OF LOS ANGELES: Do Not Expect As Much DWP & Trash Collection Fee Money As You Are Expecting (As People Can No Longer Pay Their DWP Bill

Don't expect all that trash collection fee and DWP rate increase money to be rolling in at the total expected level. In case you haven't heard, people don't have enough money to make their home payments and foreclosures are up as people default. Also a problem with credit card companies as people are falling further behind on payment than ever before. Also a problem with car payments.

Well, if people are having trouble paying bills at this level, imagine when the DWP bill increases by 30%-50% if not 100% over the next two to three years! People will be defaulting on their utility bill -- and the trash collection fees to pay for all the new cops (and raises for everyone else) are included on that bill. So DWP and the trash collection fee fund will be seeing less money than expected as more and more people are unable to pay their bills. And Richard Alarcon will have to step in to make sure no one's power is disrupted no matter how many years behind they are on payments.
