Eric Garcetti Needs To Be Replaced As L.A. City Council President

Los Angeles Mayor Anotnio Villaraigosa deservedly gets a lot of the blame for the current (historic) crisis the City of Los Angeles faces in many different areas from water, to traffic, to the budget.

Let's face it, the city has been run into the ground.

Again, the mayor bears a huge brunt of the blame. But it keeps being brought to my attention, that in Los Angeles, the mayor's office is not as powerful as it used to be ever since the Charter was (bamboozledly) changed to give more power to City Council on the day to day motions that control the city. (What laws are created and how and where the money is spent.)

Welp, Eric Garcetti has been the Council President while the city has fallen downhill so quickly, most people can't handle the G-force. Eric Garshady (as he is un-affectionately referred to by a lot of people) has been the architect behind all this maddening density (with his variances and exemptions); and when you look at where and how the money has been spent...

WELL, in case you haven't noticed...those agenda items are created and passed by COUNCIL. THEY ARE DOING THIS!!!

GARCETTI IS RUNNING AWAY WITH THE CITY AS HE PERMANENTLY DESTROYS THE FABRIC AND CHARACTER OF THE CITY, BECAUSE HE F*CKING FEELS LIKE IT...CAUSE THE MONEY IS ROLLING IN...

If you are not happy with the current state of city and the direction things are going...

CALL 3-1-1, ask for your councilmember's office (just tell the operator your area and they will connect you if you don't know the name of your councilmember) and leave a message that you want Eric Garcetti replaced as Council President.

Of course everyone is mad at Villaraigosa for the State of the City. But when you think about it, it's council that is doing the damage on a day to day basis with their irresponsible, dumb-greed.

AND ERIC IS RUNNING THE SHOW!

Get rid of that arrogant clown. Show up to City Hall on Tues., Wed. & Fri. at 10:00am for public comment and tell that ethics violating, region-destroying, book-smart, reality-dumb, pompous-ass EXACTLY what you think of the job he has been doing as Clowncil President.
