Matt Dowd & Zuma Dogg Would Like To Say, "You're Welcome United States of America -- FREE SPEECH, FREE ONCE AGAIN @ Venice Beach Boardwalk as L.A. City LOSES FEDERAL DECISION -- INJUNCTION ON CITY BAN OF AMPLIFIED SOUND & PERMIT SYSTEM THROWN OUT!

Hello, to the United States of America. Matt Dowd and Zuma Dogg would like to say, "You're welcome!"

Free speech is FREE, once again at the world-famous Venice Beach boardwalk. A Federal Judge ruled on October 21, 2010, which placed an injunction on the City of Los Angeles' ban of amplified sound on the boardwalk. And you no longer need to register with the city and pay money for a permit to express your 1st Amendment Free Speech. PLUS, the lottery has been thrown out, where anyone who wanted a space on the boardwalk, had to show up on Tuesday morning and enter a lottery. Of course the city sold UNLIMITED number of permits, for a VERY LIMITED amount of space. (Especially for performers who want to amplify sound.)

TRUE, this does set the city back years and years...WORSE than square one. Because can you imagine the insanity that will now ensue, once everyone finds out you don't need a permit, don't have to show up for a lottery and are allowed to set up your amps, anywhere you want along the Venice Beach boardwalk.

Before you know it, Jim Morrison will be showing up!
