Why Herb? He's Housing Chair, and ZD thinks the City's Housing policy and enforcement STINKS from rampant corruption. And HERB is King Chair. AND, he keeps boasting how, "Antonio Villaraigosa is my best friend who just happens to be mayor." That's reason enough to toss Herb on his ass, this Tuesday, March 8, 2011.
