L.A. CITY COUNCIL VOTER GUIDE - Tuesday, March 8, 2011 Elections:
CD 2: Augusto Bisani (Protest vote against City Hall union candidate Paul Krekorian.)
CD 4: Incumbent, Tom LaBong. (Stephen Box and Thomas O'Grady challenging. Not enough info on either challenger for endorsement, here.)
CD 6: David Barron to replace Tony Cardenas. (ZD asks you to get involved and support David's campaign, cause Cardenas is SHADY as hell -- and YOU NEED CARDENAS TO LOSE AND DAVID TO WIN!
CD 8: RE-ELECT BERNARD PARKS. (See LA City News "Voter Guide" for more.)
CD 10: Austin Dragon to replace Herb Wesson. (I like Althea Shaw, too. They are BOTH FANTASTIC! Austin is more of the "suit and tie" candidate some of you will feel more comfortable with as a candidate. And whenever I hear Althea speak, I am reminded how she is the most amazing speaker. Time stands still when she gets on a good rant-roll.)
CD 12: I do not know anything about the candidates running in CD 12 against the city hall machine candidate Mitch Englander in this open seat election. (Vote for anyone but Mitch.)
CD 14: Rudy Martinez to replace Jose Huizar. (I know Huizar is gonna go "ugly" on Rudy and it may become uncomfortable and make you wonder. But you CANNOT allow Huizar and Villaraigosa to be rewarded with another term.)
OF ALL THE ELECTIONS, I'M ASKING YOU TO PLEASE GET INVOLVED IN THE CAMPAIGNS OF DAVID BARRON in CD 6 & AUSTIN DRAGON in CD 10.
