VENICE BEACH BOARDWALK ALERT: Musicans & Performers...RECORD ALL LAPD ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY OF PERFORMERS Need to expose how LAPD is spends time/money!

Not only do I see it, every time I walk up and down Venice Beach Ocean Front Walk, but people tell me and email me, how BULLSHIT it is getting out there on the boardwalk when it comes to harassment by a group of rouge thugs. They're known as LAPD and their gang is identified by silver badges they wear. (Unlike a red or blue bandana.)

SO TO CUT TO THE CHASE: I don't think the voters of Los Angeles would be happy if they caught a glimpse of the silly non-sense LAPD chooses to spend their time enforcing. It's almost as though they are being told, "just walk around and look busy doing a bunch of dumb, goofy shit, so the gang members can do what they need to do -- and we don't have to actually do anything tough, that might make us have to jog half a block. (Stuff like undercover sting operations to bust musicians for smoking on the beach.) If you wanna bust someone for smoking, why can't you just bust 'em when you see them smoking. WHY do you feel the need to spend money for an undercover sting operation to bust performers for smoking on the beach? Maybe cause you are just targeting performers, since you can't get them any other way, since you lost your Federal case in Federal Court to Federal Zuma Dogg. (I know you're not allowed to smoke in the park, but this is Venice Beach, the smoking is on the grassy hill, off the boardwalk, and it's about the eight millionth priority/use of LAPD time and money, when LAPD is crying they are gonna have to use SWAT and Homeland Security Officers to do street patrol, under these budget cuts. AND YOU ARE SPENDING TIME WRITING TICKETS FOR SMOKING ON THE GRASS PART OF THE BEACH?)

ANYWAY, that's just the most recent incident, not the worst: So the point is:

VENICE BEACH MUSICIANS AND PERFORMERS...you have phones with built in cameras, and many of you have camcorders. START HAVING THEM WITH YOU AND READY AND START RECORDING ALL LAPD ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY ON VENICE BEACH. SEND ANYTHING SHADY/DUMB/MORONIC/THUGGISH/ILLEGAL to ZumaDogg@Gmail.com. I will take care of posting it and heading down to the LAPD Police Commission meetings on Tuesday mornings (you are welcome to join me) where I will discuss it, face to face, with the police commission, as televised on TV.

SO REMEMBER: 1) BRING CAMERAS/HAVE CAMERA PHONES READY! 2) RECORD ALL LAPD ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY ON BOARDWALK. (You are legally entitled under U.S. Constitution. They may ASK you to stop. Tell them you are allowed to film. They KNOW you are, and will allow you to continue. They are allowed to "ask you to please stop filming." And YOU are allowed to simply deny the request and continue filming. And if they do anything further to prevent filming, the good news is, you are filming.

SO LET'S HELP LAPD RE-ENGINEER THE DEPARTMENT AND REMIND THEM WHERE THEIR HEADS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE, INSTEAD OF UP THEIR ASSES, by video recording and exposing exactly what these knuckle-head, vindictive, hostile, Federal violations are doing, out there. Cause they just bought themselves another lawsuit, today, but bruising the wrist of a performer. (SORRY LAPD...they ALL come running to tell ZD...cause they know something like this post will happen...WELL HERE IT IS...YOU WERE JUST BEGGING FOR IT!)
