HERE'S ONE about dreams, hope and optimism being CRUSHED by a decision, one day, to violate the law and destroy lives. But "That Day," wasn't as catchy as, "That Night." So this one is about the "back room" decisions, leading up to, "open the roll, close the role, destroy lives with this vote."

HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS when everything is ok, and you live in a house in Agoura Hills, then a certain, unnamed municipality, wakes up one day, and decides to pass a law, violating the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, then makes sure YOU are Public Enemy #1, though all kinds of illegal things swirl all around you. It's called ILLEGALLY PREVENTING PEOPLE'S INCOME...and I use the term, "ILLEGAL," because that's what it was found to be, in a FEDERAL U.S. COURT. (Not some rinky-dink, corrupt city council chamber.) So, here's what happens, when they do that. It's called, "Downtown Streets." (Where's Springsteen, y'all?) NEW POLITICAL ANTHEM: What the world needs, right now, is a good political anthem, for the new economic and digital times. So I wrote one. It's the FIRST political anthem to be written via twitter tweets. Like a modern day, Robert Plant...I copy and pasted all the lyrics, in their original (less than 140 character) tweets, and pasted them into this post for a U.S. folk classic, in the spirit of Bruce Springsteen's "Badlands." (But sung like a cast member of "Glee." Like the song says, "give the people what they want.")

"PERMANENTLY DISABLED": One of the worlds' most recognized, and therefore, resonating songwriters in human history is Roger Waters, of Pink Floyd. He made a career out of writing songs about his mental illness and singing the songs in a sparse, a'cappella style, at times (A la: "Final Cut"). But he ain't writin' any new songs. So maybe I can pick up where he left off. I'M READY! Cause everything I write sounds like a frickin' Roger Waters lyric, anyway.

On American Top 40, here's a song about L.A. City's ILLEGAL laws at Venice Beach, which illegally deprived people of their U.S. rights and income. And the impact it has on individuals, at large. Here's one guy's interpretation. Local L.A. Legicon, Zuma Dogg, and his song, some people are saying, is the best song since, "Comfortably Numb," and maybe even a little better. Here's, "Permanently Disabled." On American Top 40, I'm Casey Kasem.

Shitty Attorney Office), overturning their ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL violation of the very principals this country was founded upon, as they told people like Zuma Dogg, Matt Dowd and Red Hot Chili Peppers that they couldn't set up their amplifiers and play LIVE on Venice Beach boardwalk, anymore. Zuma Dogg said, "Tell that to Ray Manzarek and Jim Morrison, fool! But don't tell that to Matt Dowd & Zuma Dogg, cause we sued your "clown-ass," and the illegal ban has been overturned. SO CHILI PEPPERS & DOWD/DOGG IT IS!

The good thing about being "Legicon" (Legendary-Icon) in L.A., is when LAPD shows up to clear away the crowd, gathered in front of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' tour bus, today in Venice, for their rooftop, Muscle Beach video shoot -- one of the crew members in charge, knew ZD and was a fan, so he told me to be quiet (cause the band was complaining about all the NOISE I was creating, while filming the segments)...and told LAPD, the BIG ZD could STAY, and please make sure no one encroaches the Legicon! (Thanks, guys!)

Must have bought the tour bus off of Mick Fleetwood. It's a FLEETWOOD! Should've bought a HALEN, from Eddie & Alex.

Poor Bill, a mere hostage, himself, to stubborn, vindictive, hostile, sluggishly-ineffective due to mis-managed L.A. City Attorney Office under Carmen Chumptanich. DAMN, I bet Bill can't wait till this whole ZD ordeal is over. So anyway, I LOVE Bill, the MOST...but can't let that get in the way. I'm kinda fighting for my life, waiting for the city to finally resolve the ZD/Venice Beach/Code of Conduct issue. I FEEL LIKE THE 21 YEAR OLD AT THE HIGH SCHOOL DANCE, AT THIS POINT! This month, and in August the City of Los Angeles will be holding public meetings regarding new Venice Beach Boardwalk rules, (Ordinance 42.15), since Zuma Dogg, et al had their OLD RULES overturned in FEDERAL COURT, because they were a violation of the U.S. Constitution and your 1st Amendment Rights, and ZD don't play that.

So now, they've spent the past year, trying to come up with new rules (that I will immediately sue in Federal Court, the second they are approved by City Council.)

SO BEFORE YOU MOVE AHEAD WITH RULES FOR THE PERFORMERS AT VENICE, REGARDING ANY GOSH DAMN THING -- GET RID OF THE ILLEGAL FOOD VENDING (AND THE KNIVES THEY USE) -- AND SIGNAGE AND BULLSHIT ALL OVER THE PLACE!
