FOUR (4) Blog Posts, From FOUR (4) Different Blogs: Carmen Trutanich City Attorney Office Memo Revealing "SHOCKING UNPREPAREDNESS" (Mismanagment)
It was COMEDY and DEMONSTRATED how MISMANAGED the L.A. City Attorney Office IS, under vindictive asshole, Carmen Trutanich. (Three of the four blogger, were former supporters of Trutanich, now SHOCKED & STUNNED by his behavior and performance since taking office.)HERE IS THE AUDIO RANT VERSION of this blog post, ALONG WITH MAYOR SAM FOUNDER, MICHAEL HIGBY and The Valley's Frank Sheftel.
And the main shocker, is this extension (of which one was granted, but then a SECOND request was DENIED) is over the prosecution of MATT DOWD over some silly, unprecedented non-sense. If you're asking for a second extension over this vindictive beef you have with Matt Dowd, when your office cannot even prosecute REAL CRIMES...maybe you should just drop the Dowd bullshit. (WHAT A FUCKING WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ANY!)
AND ALSO, you cracked down on Zuma Dogg and Matt Dowd for FIVE (5) YEARS, as though we were Osama Bin Laden...BUT AS OF TODAY, I STILL SEE ILLEGAL FOOD VENDORS, WITH KNIVES, SELLING FOOD, IN THE FREE AND OPEN, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOARDWALK...THEY DON'T SEEM TO FEEL IT'S A CONCERN, AT ALL. And that's because it ISN'T a concern, because these people are here, everyday, selling food, in the middle of the boardwalk, as LAPD walks right past.

SO ZUMA DOGG STARTED THINKING: I am almost dropping dead, on a daily basis, cause my life is in such disrepair, after the city prevented me from earning an income, for five years, until I was homeless, and now diagnosed disabled and can't even care for myself or function without cops having to show up, twice this week so far, out of fear and concern. (IT'S BAD, FOLKS!) All the while, they allow other people to do whatever the fuck they want.
They cracked down and prevented LEGAL behavior, while allowing/walking past ILLEGAL behavior. (SEEMS LIKE SOME DUMB MUTHERFUCKERS HAVE IT TWISTED!)
SO YOU BETTER UN-TWIST IT, AND GET THOSE ILLEGAL FUCKING FOOD VENDORS -- AND ALL THE ILLEGAL COMMERCIAL SIGNAGE OUT OF VENICE, COMPLETELY...

ZD's display in legal boardwalk space was LAPD's TOP ISSUE FOR YEARS. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW/WHY COPS WALK/BIKE/DRIVE PAST THIS, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! (And letting him put it on sidewalk is NOT the answer. I DO NOT WANT TO SEE IT JUST MOVED ONTO THE SIDEWALK!)
AND CARS HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND THEM, AND ALMOST HIT ZD AND OTHER BIKERS!
