Lydia Grant from Sunland Tujunga Neighborhood Council showed up to the Los Angeles City Council meeting for public comment to discuss the Home Depot project. It's a great public comment and congratulations to Lydia for being quoted in both LA Daily News and LA Times today, regarding the DWP rate increase on the agenda for this Tuesday April 2, 2008.
