In case you are upset because it's 1:15pm and the City Council meetings are usually wrapping up, and you missed the entire LIVE feed as posted on this blog at the 10am start time, you haven't missed a single thing yet. Because it's three hours into the meeting, but so far nothing except a bunch of kiss-ass Dog & Pony Shows that City Council calls "Presentations and Proclamations". (Some at least, which are paid for according to CM Wendy Greuel - "We are paid to say nice things about you today").
So the good news is there is still time to watch City Council's heist of public trust and funds:

On behalf of the City of Los Angeles, Zuma Dogg would like to issue an apology to everyone who took time out of their day to attend the Council meeting for general public comment; or over an issue affecting you on the agenda. Many of you couldn't wait the over three hour period -- JUST FOR THE FIRST GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT. THERE STILL HASN'T EVEN BEEN AN AGENDA ITEM DISCUSSED, YET!
What a bunch of rude pompous a-holes this Los Angeles City Council is. If you ever see any of their names on a ballot...vote for someone else...ANYONE ELSE! (Trust Uncle Zuma Dogg...these are the wrong people! The other guy is always the challenger against the shadiness. TO SUMMARIZE: When you see current L.A. City Councilmember's name on a ballot anytime in the future, for the rest of your life -- vote for someone else...anyone else! (Remember, these are the people in charge of the direction of the City the past couple years -- and now the City is in "crisis emergency mode".)
