AND REMEMBER: Show up at the City Council meeting at LA City Hall on Spring Street (or Van Nuys location) for public comment regarding the DWP rate hike on the agenda. Zuma Dogg's Batcomputer says there is NO WAY the rate increase will pass tomorrow, because there is no way it will pass unanimously, so it will have to come back for a second vote...IF it isn't continued entirely as certain Councilmembers will be proposing DWP infrastructure upgrades first to prevent those pesky little brown outs.!
