Los Angeles Mayor(al) Candidate Walter Moore was just on Doug McIntyre's KABC morning show.
He gave a review of mini-mayor's mini-speech...and explains to people the difference between "Jamiel's Law" (that Moore authored), and City Council's similar motion that Moore says is a fraud.
ZD was enthusiastic about Council's motion, because it sounded good the way Zine described it on the air. But after a look at the actual motion...could be a case of mini-mayor putting this "smoke and mirrors" motion, out there...to diffuse Walter's momentum. And to put a motion that sounds good to people...but will keep the Villar agenda on track.
