Hillary Clinton Forced To Fire Her Chief Strategist Mark Penn Over Columbia Government Dealings

This ain't good for one-time Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton. This guy Mark Penn was her chief strategist. And since Hillary has not heart or emotion -- strategy is all she's got. And this guy was the architect. She's screwed. It's like Anchorman Ron Burgundy without a teleprompter. I say who cares about that loser Mark Penn. If he's the one who has been coming up with her strategy, he should have been fired a long time ago. He's the one who came up with the whole arrogant, "I'm Hillary, I'm the incumbent, anointed, slam-dunk candidate." (Didn't resonate with people and then, well...we all know what happened.)

Why can't Clinton's strategy be, just be honest and straight-forward? She's in big perceptual trouble now, with bad answers on the "gun fire" mis-speak, Mark Penn Columbian Government debacle and hospital incident that is the talk of cable news today.

Here's the Clinton strategy:
a) Put foot in mouth
b) Put other foot in mouth as you screw up explaining a).
c) Repeat process until every superdelagate in town can't carry your baggage anymore.

The move comes two weeks before the pivotal Pennsylvania Democratic primary, where trade issues are likely to play a big role.

The quick ouster of Mr. Penn, despite his long and close ties to both Hillary and Bill Clinton, reflects the potential damage done by his actions at a time when the New York senator is fending off calls within the Democratic Party to concede the presidential-nomination race to Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois.
