PLAYA VISTA SIDEWALK RACKET: Someone tells Zuma Dogg to investigate the practice of building a new sidewalk around a new housing development, only to find it is faulty or something is wrong with it. So then, you have to tear it out -- and rebuild it again. All of this means a lot of money being spent, wasted and made each time. And how funny, I heard this story Saturday afternoon when I was stuck in a parking lot, instead of being on Venice Beach. (HA!) And this could be happening Citywide. The person who told me this considered it to be a RICO/Racketeering violation.
CITY'S SUB-CONTRACTORS: I hope there are no RICO/Racketeering violations regarding the City's towing contract with subcontractors and with "Deadbeat Dad" collections and more:
TOWING SUBCONTRATORS: Sure City Attorney Rocky Delgadilldo just cracked down on a towing company. Maybe to help out the company that the City of Los Angeles subcontracts out. I'm not attorney, but someone who is one tells Zuma Dogg it's a HUGE F*CKING RACKET!
DEADBEAT DAD COLLECTION AGENCY: IT'S A RACKET IF THEY ARE CHARGING PENALTY FEES AND IF THE DEPARTMENT IS REPRESENTING THEMSELVES AS THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE FACT THAT THEY ARE JUST A BILL COLLECTION AGENCY BEING SUBCONTRACTED OUT. I WONDER WHAT THE PRIVACY OF INFORMATION AND SECURITY OF THE INFO IS AT THESE NON-CITY OFFICES?
WELFARE MONEY DISTRIBUTION: AGAIN, ZD is no lawyer, but someone who is one told me he feels the subcontracting company that distributes welfare benefits is a shady-racket. It's some bill collecting agency that allegedly represents that they are "The City Attorney's Office", when clearly they aren't.
AND HERE'S ONE ABOUT CITY ATTORNEY ROCKY DELGADILLDO: Did Rocky have someone who he wrote checks to during his election campaign, who may also sit on the East LA Housing Authority (the one that was in the paper for corruption charges that Eric Garcetti had to personally question during her re-appointment -- ALSO sit in on a jury trial that Rocky's office was procecuting? I don't see how this could happen?
After all, the Judge clearly asked if there were any conflicts. (I think taking checks from the City Attorney's office and working for the East LA Housing Authority would be a conflict. Especially when you said your profession is, "Babysitter" (while forgetting to say your other gig). THAT'S PURGERY!!! WOULD THEY REALLY GO THAT FAR TO JURY TAMPER? Maybe an attorney will contact ZD and help me move foward.
And don't go to Venice Beach to see Zuma Dogg. He was selectively targeted and harrassed and threatened and encroached and violated. And now I'm extra hungrier, even more than usual. PLUS PISSED OFF FOR THE UNFAIR TREATMENT FROM ROBERT AT PARKS AND REC, LAPD PATTY THUSIN, AND RICKY THE MACHETE JUGGLER!
AND REMEMBER: YOU CAN'T BE GOVERNOR IF YOU ARE A CONVICTED FELON, EVEN IF EXPUNGED!
