More Neighborhood Council Shady Rackets With Kids, Schools and Elections

SCHOOL MEMORANDUM GIVEN TO KIDS ALONG WITH A VOTING SLATE MEMO

Here is a letter that Lincoln High School Career Advisory Vera Padilla sent to Lincoln Staff. (Notice it says Thursday June 10th, even though it's Thursday June 12th. Shady and stupid?)
It looks like its on Official School Stock and was accompanied by a Copy of the Vera's Action Team Slate (checklist on who to vote for). This move gives the appearance of an official endorsement by the School for her side.

These pieces of information passed out during school hours as well.

It also makes the appearance that they are the only ones who would give Lincoln High School the money they need for their projects. A fear tactic filled with implied innuendos.
Are school funds (paper, ink, staff time) allowed to be used for this purpose?

Also, 12 year olds are allowed to vote in this election. How can 12 year olds be allowed to vote in an election run by the City Clerk's office? And the polling hours, which are held on the school campus where this memo was distributed, are from 1p-7p. Only problem, adults have been told they may not set foot on the school campus (poll location) until 3pm when school lets out.

However, the 12 year old students, who may be getting extra credit to vote can be there the full time??? And many adults may show up between 1p-3p to vote, only to be turned away. I'm sure you will see more teenagers end up voting in the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council election than adults. Especially if they are being handed this piece of paper and told they get extra credit if they vote. (Should kids be voting AND BEING A PART OF THE NC BOARD on alcohol issues and adult themes?)

This whole situation needs to be investigated and probably will be seen by a judge in court. I bet if the Neighborhood Council system was ever actually investigated by the proper authority, it would be found to be in violation of RICO and Racketeering violations now that the City Clerk's Office is running the elections.
