Shadiness and Corruptions Wins Again: No Cell Phone Charger, Gas or Food (Phone Calls From City Officials About NC Elections Going To ZD's Voice Mail)

NOTE: IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME TODAY VIA PHONE, UNTIL I GET A NEW PHONE CHARGER, CALL 213-785-7272 AND LEAVE A VOICE MAIL INSTEAD OF CALLING MY OTHER PHONE NUMBER:

I haven't slept anywhere but in the seat of my van since the day I returned to Los Angeles and the only Council meeting I have missed since then is the day I had a lunch meeting with a Councilmember and spent the extra time in the morning getting ready for that.

So I haven't slept for more than four or five hours in a row in months and my back and neck is killing me from sleeping in the seat of my van. And the hardest part is being on the street, having to move around all the time the other 20 hours a day.

Today, I wake up cranky and am ready to blog up a storm and get caught up with all the video posting from the past week that is piling up. But, it just took me six hours to log on to check my email today. And with no food on top of it, I'm already burnt...so forget about anything you were waiting to see here.

And I'm extra pissed because I'm getting return phone calls today from everyone I called about the NC elections and other issues on Friday. And since I don't have a cell phone charger, the messages are going to voice mail -- while I stand in a parking lot with nothing but time) and I'm missing the chance to get feedback and provide new information.

So if someone who is sitting in the comfort of their own home, who ate within the last 48 hours -- and has gas to drive to a store to get a new cell phone charger for themselves...please pick up the ball and head down to the City Council meeting to put it on record and to alert the community on TV 35. Then call some radio stations; shoot some video and post it; and spend a bunch of time talking on the phone with people; then type it all up. Then maybe you'll be broke and sleeping in your van, too.

Meanwhile, if you support raising taxes on spray paint cans and magic markers to pay for graffitti removal, this is your lucky day. (See item below)

IF YOU HAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE INTO ZD OVER THE PAST 48 HOURS AND HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM ME...It's not that I don't love ya...but even when I DO find a payphone to return a call, the phone will most likely eat the change anyway like a City of LA parking meter. So I've wasted too much money on that too.

So I guess it's Zuma Dogg, over and out for now. I'm in great spirits and all...but simply can't function. If someone has a non-profit or wants to pay me $100 a day to carry on, call the number on the screen. Otherwise, please don't call me with issue and please don't send them to me. I HAVE TO MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE! I CAME TO CITY HALL OVER VENICE BEACH...I'M NOT SOME PROFESSIONAL LOBBIESTS. CALL THEM!

And now five people will call me and tell me that I should make T-shirts and merchandise and sell them -- even though my life is ruined over the .75 cents I just wasted in a payphone -- so I can't exactly get them made. AND QUITE SIMPLY, ALL OF MY TIME AND ENERGY IS SPENT JUST TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO SIT DOWN AND SET UP MY COMPUTER. Again, today it took six hours.

THEN, people will tell me, "Just find someone who will pay to have them made in advance, or find a shirt maker who will print them for you for free, upfront." (These are the things people say to me everyday.)

People don't realize on person cannot do all of these things when all time is spent on trying to find a place with free internet that is within walking distance of where you run out of gas. And eventually, you can't walk anymore in the sun without eating once a day.

So, yeah...I regret spending all the money I spent attending all the council meetings recently. And all the other expenses being a one-person organization with nothing coming in. But lots of people have lots of ideas about what I should do and they are going to help me do it, and help get the shirts made, and help with some other things...they just need some time to think about and figure it out.

I'M TELLING YOU...IF I OPERATED LIKE EVERY ONE ELSE I KNOW...I WOULD STILL BE WAITING TO GO DOWN TO CITY HALL TO DELIVER MY FIRST PUBLIC COMMENT!!! And would be wondering, "Hmmm, maybe I should call into Doug McIntrye's show, today? I'll think about it and maybe call in tomorrow or next week or year."

So if you think I can sit here and blog all the stuff in my email box and voice mail...IT WOULD BE NICE. But it's 12 noon and I'm ready to fall over from the past six hours of trying to find free internet to log onto on and to check my voice mail.

YEAH, I'M PISSED I'M MISSING MESSAGES FROM CITY HALL CAUSE I DON'T HAVE A PHONE CHARGER. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. I SPEND ALL THE TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY TRYING TO BUST DOWN THE DOOR, THEN WHEN THEY OPEN IT...I'M NOT THERE. (I should've just hung out at Malibu the past week and everything would be the same.)

I HATE IT WHEN FRAUD, WASTE AND ABUSE (CORRUPTION/RICO) GETS DAYS OFF AT A TIME OVER SOME $9.00 SH*T. ALRIGHT, CITY HALL GETS THE LAST LAUGH. SOMETIMES YOU JUST GOTTA LET IT SLIDE.

If I have one thing left to say in case I lose all access to the outside world...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE SHADY CORRUPT RICO RACKET THAT THEY CALL THE NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL SYSTEM. There's only one way to get anything done when dealing with the City of Los Angeles...so grab an attorney and file your lawsuit. Otherwise, the person you are listening to at that NC meeting most likely has an earpiece with Antonio, Huizar and Reyes telling them what to say. WHAT A BUNCH OF SUCKERS ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE WHO HAVE NO IDEA!!! (It's very sad. But that's what it's like when you deal with the devil in the City of Los Diablos.)

GRAFFITTI TAX: 08-0002-S86 (Huizar - LaBonge) the City include in its 2007-08 State Legislation support for amending California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 7287 to increase the allowable tax Cities and Counties can ask voters to place on aerosol cans and permanent markers from ten cents and five cents, respectively, to reasonably higher amounts, with all new funds to be dedicated to funding graffiti abatement efforts, new anti-graffiti technologies and mural restoration.
