For some reason at Venice Beach, LAPD only likes to enforce the law (Ordinance 42.15) on some people. Like Zuma Dogg and Matt Dowd. But if you are someone else (like anyone else) -- LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL. Do whatever you want. Let complete Anarchy rule the boardwalk.
Because as long as your name is not "Zuma Dogg" or "Matt Dowd" (the Venice performer, not the former White House spokesperson) -- YOU CAN DO WHATEVER THE F*CK YOU WANT...
AND EVEN IF THE POLICE ARE NOTIFIED OF A VIOLATION...THEY WILL STAND THERE WITH THEIR ARMS FOLDED -- DOING NOTHING (FIVE AT A TIME) -- WHILE EIGHT YEAR OLD GIRLS GET SHOT AND KILLED ON THEIR DOORSTEP --
AND LOS ANGELES MAYOR ANTONIO VILLARAIGOSA (DOUCHARAIGOSA) IS IN SAN FRANSISCO GIVING A SPEECH THIS WEEKEND! (I thought he said he wasn't running for Governor, yet?)
In between, he will be delivering "the Latino vote" to Barack Obama, fresh off the heels of "delivering the Latino vote" to Hillary Clinton.
So if you thought being out of the City for 15 of 30 days as mayor, while bullets fly past innocent kids in their yards and doorsteps; while Jack Weiss keeps a City Council motion addressing this issue (of public safety enforcement) locked-down in his "Public Safety Committee"; while Jackass' personal campaign manager Antonio Viagraosa flys all over the state and country "delivering Latino votes" to Obama; giving speeches in San Fransisco; fund raising for his Mayor campaign all over the country; and trying to make sure the details of his divorce don't make it into public record is a waste of time...
Maybe Mayor Villaradoucharaigosa can tell the LAPD at Venice Beach to either enforce it fairly -- or have their TIME-WASTING, ARMS-FOLDED, WALKING-LAWSUITS TO TAKE THEY ASS INTO THE COMMUNITIES WITH KIDS GETTING SHOT AND KILLED IN THEIR FRONT YARDS,
YOU STUPID, INEPT, CORRUPT, SOON-TO-BE-INDICTED, DO-NOTHING, POWERLESS, "OUTRAGED" (AT YOUR OWN INABILITY TO LEAD), LOSER OF A NATIONALIST MAYOR! (And when I say, "nationalist," I don't mean THIS one.
WHY DON'T YOU SAY YOU WILL BE DELIVERING "THE CALIFORNIA VOTE" -- OR "THE LOS ANGELES VOTE." But you really can't deliver anything but "smoke and mirrors" (claims that you are going to deliver something) -- because TRUST ME...VILLAR CAN CLAIM TO REPRESENT LATINOS...BUT I DON'T THINK AS MANY LATINOS IN VILLAR'S OLD COUNCIL DISTRICT SUPPORT HIM ANYMORE, THEY WAY HE IS PROMISING.
ZD PREDICTION: The final time you see Antonio at City Hall, it will be on his way out in handcuffs. I don't know if they will wait to see if he wins re-election first (they may come down before...I don't know) -- BUT ZD PREDICTS...The final picture of Antonio at City Hall will be with him exiting in handcuffs. (So, save your political contributions.)
