Jan Perry's Downtown Neighborhood Council Election Thrown Out By City Clerk's Office -- Re-Do Election To Be Held At Taxpayer Expense

After this last round of Los Angeles Neighborhood Council elections, which were run by the City Clerk's office for the first time, Zuma Dogg BLASTED that there were all kinds of problems with the elections from pure racketeering to overall incompetence.

Now it seem like the City Clerk's office agrees with Zuma Dogg as they throw out Jan Perry's Downtown Neighborhood Council elections after it was disputed, and found to be disputed for good reason. AND NOW...THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES TAXPAYERS HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW ELECTION. (Just call it a "mulligan.")
