Here's a great interview from the LA City website with Los Angeles City Councilmember Greig Smith regarding the Las Lomas project.

"I think this is (Las Lomas project as proposed) is done. The only right the gentleman (developer) has is 247 homes. The traffic cannot be mitigated. " - CM Greig Smith

[UPDATE: As most of you reading this know, the project was NOT approved, but with lawsuits sure to hit, it ain't over, maybe.]
