Gold vs Stocks and the City of LA is as guilty as O.J. over affordable housing

Without getting into a long post about the fundamentals, to those who think it is time to buy stocks at bargain prices, that would be to assume we are at the bottom. And if you think we are at the bottom and it is time to buy stocks at discounted prices, then Zuma Dogg is laughing at you for being naive.

I hope you already bought gold recently, but if not...I THINK GOLD IS GONNA TAKE OFF FROM HERE. So even though it is back up, recently, I would be buying gold tonight.

I would be out of stocks by now, I don't even know what advice to give if you are still in stocks. But I know you wanna hold on, but it's all going down lower.

AND NOW...YES, City Council is finally addressing the water crisis as warned relentlessly by Zuma Dogg, including my chasing Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger all around Taylor Yard, last week, where I was telling him, "Talk to LA City Council! They're building too much density, and you already said there isn't enough water. Talk to them, please!" Well, the next week, City Council is having a discussion that Garcetti started with, "Constituents have been commenting..."

AND, we now hear that pension funds are way down, and YES, Zuma Dogg warned about the risky investments with pension fund money.

It's nice to be able to walk into a room of 15 people and be the obvious intellectual superior. But only if it the 15 Los Angeles City Councildummies. GO SPEND ALL THE MONEY AND YOU REGION-WRECKERS!

AND HEY ERIC GARCETTI...OH IS THE CITY GOING TO BE IN TROUBLE OVER THE CITY'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING! Even if Prop B passes. ZD may as well file the first lawsuit, if others haven't already.
