The first thing Zuma Dogg would do as Mayor is tell those lame-ass, kiss-ass, grandstanding, dumb City Councilmembers to shut the f*ck up, a little bit and take care of City business.
LOS ANGELES CITY COUNCIL WAS CAUGHT WITH IT'S SHORTS DOWN AGAIN, AS THEY LOST A QUORUM BEFORE THEY WERE DONE WITH THE AGENDA, INCLUDING THE VOTE ON ITEM 15 THAT WAS ABOUT THOSE FLASHING UFO CLEAR CHANNEL BILLBOARDS.
Item after item, all 15 councilmembers have to stand up and repeat each other and grandstand and kiss ass...and it quintuples the length of every item...THEN they lose a quorum right before an important vote on those billboards. PLUS, all the other items left on the table that people showed up for.
Hey City Council...you truly are a bunch of jackass, clown losers. Pull yourself up by the bootstraps. Ya don't have a shred of dignity, you corrupt a-holes.
How come Zuma Dogg is the resident Deming expert? Am I that much superior to you? I guess so, you non-Deming understanding losers. I wouldn't hire any of you as un-paid interns.
