You know, I hate to punish the East L.A. Councilmembers with my presence, now that Zuma Dogg has parked his vehicle in CD 14 to enjoy all the community has to offer...BUT, when you see these photos of this Metro Goldline crossing, I'm sure you will agree the whole thing is one GIANT unsafe situation and Inspector General Zuma Dogg had to pull out the ZumaCam to document this everyday reality.
This is near a school. And Zuma Dogg has already run an initial inquiry and has been told...DRUM ROLL PLEASE...THIS IS ALL COMPLIANT AND THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE ANY OTHER SAFETY PROTECTIONS IN PLACE. (I guess they'll just consider this acceptable until something happens.)
AND THE MAIN PICTURE TO LOOK AT IS THE ONE AT THE BOTTOM WHERE THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT IS OUT OF ORDER AND THERE IS NO GATE/SAFETY MEASURE AS THE METROLINE PLOWS THROUGH...If this wasn't a tragedy waiting to happen it would be comical.
In the photos where it looks like the signal is out, cause you don't see yellow, green or red...it is not a trick camera angle...that's the way it is, baby! (Go check it out fo' yo'selves.)

Luckily for Huizar, I think this is Los Angeles City Councilmember Ed Reyes' district. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!?!? I'M A STAKEHOLDER IN THE COMMUNITY!
I'm not sure what Ed is saying to Arnold in this video, but I hope it was, "Mr. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger...I hope you fix the unsafe Metroline situation as documented in Zuma Dogg's photos on LA Daily Blog, before EVERYONE is scared to take rail transportation in town, forever."
