Jack Weiss, Problem Solver -- or Problem Causer? (Memo on the way...)

Oh no...someone contacted LA Daily Blog to inform us that document will be coming out (described as a "smoking gun" memo) showing how Jack Weiss CAUSED the rape kit log jam.

Now he is trying to look like the problem solver in this, when this document will allegedly prove him to be the cause of the problem. Will post it here when it is sent over.
