Mayor Antonio Tries To Speak A Complete Sentence Without Saying "Uh" Every Other Word.



Not only does he say, "Uh" way too much, but watch Villar's eyes blinking non-stop during a tough line of questioning. AND, Cavuto didn't much care for Antonio's answers. And by the end of the segment, it became a complete joke and Cavtuto ended it. Neil doesn't know much about Antonio, though. First of all, he mispronounces his last name (like everyone else) -- but HOW COULD CAVUTO SAY, "YOU'RE KNOWN TO BE FISCALLY CONSERVATIVE." [WHAT?!?!]
