UPDATE: More Details on Obama Being PISSED at Villaraigosa (AND CITY HALL) Over Spending of "Job Creation" Stimulus Money

First of all, I'm already cranky that it is 4th of July Saturday and I have no life and am stuck in a coffee cafe now about to type up the details of a phone conversation I just had that I easily could just keep to myself and enjoy the satisfaction of the knowledge. But for some reason, and luckily anyone reading this gets the benefit, I am unable to prevent myself from having to immediately post the info for all to see. And maybe it's because I know it rocks the corrupt politicians' worlds when the inside stuff they already know about, ends up for all to see on this blog; drawing further attention. (Again, the ZD readers get the ancillary benefit to the bitter-angry force that drive me as I go down kicking and screaming with every keystroke I am being forced to type. So ha, ha...I just made you have to read through all of this...because if I don't want to convey this; but you want to read it, you should have to suffer, too.

BOTTOM LINE FIRST: I know we live in an A.D.D. society of Twitter Tweeting Twlosers; and a lot of you are familiar with the rumors ZD has already blasted that Obama is pissed at Villaraigosa over the stimulus money and is now going to let indictments fly over the pension scandal. SO BEFORE I EXPLAIN ALL THAT...

BOTTOM LINE: If Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa does not make good on the FEDERAL STIMULUS MONEY Obama gave him FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING JOBS by August or September; Obama will follow up on Zuma Dogg's multiple public requests to indict his ass and yank him out of office so we can get a non-corrupt, non-illegally operating mayor in there to help put this city back on track.

SO THAT'S THE MESSAGE TO ANTONIO: You are basically in a Jack Bauer "24" episode where you are under orders of your leader, U.S. President Barack Obama to create all the jobs you were supposed to with the FEDERAL Stimulus money given to you for shovel ready jobs (especially subways and trains) NO MATTER WHAT YOU DID WITH THE FIRST BATCH OF MONEY.

First of all, YES, I say, "First batch" of stimulus money, becasue since the first Stimulus Plan didn't work, since the money wasn't used to stimulate (create jobs), Obama is going to have to go back and get a second stimulus package ready to roll. (Can you imagine the political heat he is going to take over this, Antonio!)

See, here's the thing: Whether you agree, or disagree with Obama's decision (or whoever made him do it) for this intial "stimulus plan" -- OBAMA NEEDED IT TO WORK! Like the parent who gives his kid seed money to help get him out of a mess or to help him until he "makes it" and lands that BIG country club connections job; Obama REALLY HOPED, PLANNED AND EXPECTED THAT STIMULUS MONEY TO HELP AND DO THE TRICK AND JUMPSTART THE SITUATION.

BUT, some parents throw money at their kids and hand them the keys to the family business...and they immediately drive it into the ground an heirloom family business ends at that generation. That's what happened between Barack and Antonio.

Barack gave Antonio that damn stimulus money to get those rail and subway projects going. To get those union workers put to work. Let's get the show on the road. Let's back the Michael Jackson comeback tour. How much will it cost? O.K, I got that. Here...get the production rolling and put the tickets on sale. A lot of people will be hired for the production and the 50 sold out shows will bring a lot of business to the area, stimulate and jumpstart the economy and the bullet will have been dodged.

BUT, Zuma Dogg hears Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa too the Federal Stimulus Money and "spread the wealth around" instead of creating shovel ready transportation jobs. He took the money and used it to plug the budget. Remember when there was talk of MASSIVE firings, then one day at the Council budget hearing they announce money was magicaly found like a David Copperfield magic trick and now it's only furloughs and early retirements?...STIMULUS MONEY!!!

Some went to LAX, some to DWP, some to the PORTS...like Obama said, "Spread the wealth around." BUT NOT THAT MONEY, THAT WAY ANTONIO, YOU DUMMY! Way to piss off the Prez. And I WARNED him of this in a memo to Obama earlier this year.

So now, it looks like Obama will need to go back for a SECOND, NEW stimulus package, cause his boy Villaraigosa fucked things up in Los Angeles.

And people say, "Gee, ZD...Do you REALLY think Obama knows about all of this and cares so much about little old Los Angeles when he is worried about Iran/Iraq/GM/Wall Street.

HELL YEAH! Isn't Douchetonio always running around saying how BIG the L.A. economy is. As goes L.A., goes California, then the country. He needed to be able to point to the biggest problem in the country, economically, and say, "Look, we created BLANK new jobs in Los Angeles and Southern California." Not, RECORD LEVELS OF UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS!

SO BACK TO THE BOTTOM LINE: It doesn't matter what you did with the pension money that got you in this place...YOU BETTER GET THOSE FUCKING JOBS CREATED OBAMA IS EXPECTING IN THE NUMBERS HE IS EXPECTING BY AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER, OR YOUR CARD IS BEING PUNCHED, SON! YA FEEL ME, DOUGH!

Because, YES, it IS the penision money, that was funneled into CRA projects and things like Children's Museum (I am told) that is the REAL stuff someone like the President of the U.S. uses to have you yanked out of office so the PEOPLE of Los Angeles and CITIZENS of the United States of American can start with the real business of doing what it takes to rebuild the city and the economy, you on the way out Douchebag.

So I have mixed emotions, because although as a concerned citizen I DO hope you meet your Jack Bauer "24" deadline of creating those jobs before the countdown timer goes off in Aug/Sept.; I HAVE TO ROOT FOR SHORT TERM LOSS ON THAT GOAL, SO YOU DO NOT GET THE JOBS CREATED SO OBAMA YANKS YOUR ASS!

So to put it in the worst case scenario for those who want Obama to do the recall for us: If Villar delivers the jobs on time, we won't get our indictments, probably.

HOWEVER, it's almost a sure bet he won't be able to pull it off. FIRST OF ALL, he's on vacation for nine days...AND OH YEAH, DO NOT THINK THAT OBAMA IS NOT EVEN MORE PISSED ABOUT THAT THAN YOUR TYPICAL AM TALK RADIO LISTENER WHEN THERE ARE JOBS TO BE CREATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS BUDGET CRISIS THAT ISN'T WRAPPED UP.

Secondly, you have heard Zuma Dogg loudly and vocally express discontent over the fact that the city always says the money is going to be for one thing, but then it goes to something else.

Well, ZD hasn't seen any mayors or councilmembers show up to the "Rackerteerers Anonymous" meetings who parking lot I monitor, so I don't think anything has changed.

So if voters voted for Prop R, J or whatever mass transit money was apporved and appropriated...ZUMA DOGG SAYS IT ALWAYS ENDS FORWARDING INTO THE GENERAL FUND LIKE A DOMAIN URL REDIRECT.

So I have little faith any of these projects money was approved for will be getting going anytime soon; cause although this is just a hunch, but ZD would bet that enough of the money for these projects has been pilfered and funneled away from the project, that now it won't be able to get going.

SORRY OBAMA...VILLAR'S BAD ON THE STIMULUS MONEY.
