Meet ZUMA DOGG, in person, and see him perform LIVE (as City Council Candidate "David Saltsburg") at SHERMAN OAKS Forums (FINAL Two Appearances!)

As we head down the homestretch in the CD 2 (Valley) Los Angeles City Council campaign trail, it is your final two chances to witness Zuma Dogg LIVE, in person, as he performs LIVE (as City Council candidate "David Saltsburg") on Monday and Wednesday.

Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council: Monday, September 14, 2009 at Sherman Oaks Elementary School, Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.


Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association: Wednesday Sep 16, starting at 7:15pm, at Notre Dame High School.

Hundreds of people have been showing up to these forums and these two should be highly attended and highly combative, as the desperate machine candidates become more desperate as community sentiment turns against the established "political seat jumpers" like Krakorian and "Goes Along" Galatzan, who used her LAUSD office holder account money to send out her own City Council fliers -- and used her entire board member position as nothing more than a "warm up" to meet people and raise money as school board member and make connections for her City Council run. Sorry, kids and parents...Tamar has a career to pursue and her promises and commitments were only "theoretical" in "reality." She's out for her own best interests. And she really, really thanks everyone who is going along with her since you feel, "at least she isn't as bad as Essel or Krackorian." WELL, if everyone who said that voted with their heart AND MIND and said what they believed, I'd be in the run-off. But people will cower behind Tamar, because she used her position as LAUSD boardmember to get her ready for this election. But when you go to the poll, I hope you vote for who you REALLY believe in -- and your little endorsement group will never know the difference. But at least you will be able to feel you expressed your own freedom of choice. And you don't do what's right based on who has the second most amount of money or filers. AND, NO OFFENSE...I don't just "get over the fact" that Tamar and Paul made their commitment to voters and supporters and are hoping to just walk away and leap frog to the next bigger and better deal. SORRY! IT'S A DEAL BREAKER WHEN YOU HAVE ZUMA DOGG ON THE BALLOT. NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT TO VOTE FOR ME AND WANT TO VOTE FOR TAMAR BECAUSE YOU FEEL SHE KNOWS MORE AND HAS PROVEN SHE HAS MORE CHARACTER AND STANDS UP FOR WHAT'S RIGHT, NO MATTER WHAT...THEN VOTE FOR HER.

BUT, if you are "going along" with "Goes Along" Galatzan or Krackorian because you think they have a better chance of beating Christine Essel, then you are not truly free. You are not living in your own real democracy. If everyone who was saying "not as bad as..." would vote for me, I WOULD be in the run-off, for sure and wouldn't even have to show up to these final two forums. (It would already be a done deal!) NOW, I gotta schlep it out on Monday and Wednesday and try and steal some votes from these machine turkeys.

So if you have to "go along" with your little community endorsement group because no one is really willing to push for true reform and leadership and for what's right vs the same old same old...THEN AT LEAST VOTE FOR ME -- BUT THEN YOU JUST TELL EVERYONE YOU VOTED FOR YOUR "SELL-OUT," "STRIP AWAY YOUR FREEDOM OF CHOICE" "NOT AS BAD" CANDIDATE.

AND IF THEY WIN, YOU CAN REMEMBER ALL THE STUFF THEY SAID DURING THIS CAMPAIGN THAT THEY WILL FORGET ALL ABOUT BECAUSE THEY WERE ONLY TALKING THE TALK. GOOD LUCK! AND THAT GOES FOR Krackorian or Galatzan supporters, (E$$el doesn't have any supporters to address.)

BUT...this IS a most TRIUMPHANT and SPIRITUALLY UPLIFTING WEEKEND FOR ME: At least I have heard feedback on how many people have enjoyed the process of Zuma Dogg transitioning (almost fully) into David. Which is a VERY happy ending for my mom, my long-time friends and maybe even me. (I STILL LIKE ZUMA BETTER THAN DAVID!) But Zuma's motto is "give the people what they want." And IT'S OFFICIAL!!! THE COMMUNITY WANTS "SALTSBURG" APPEARING AT THESE FORUMS AND IN THE MEDIA AND AT THE COUNCIL MEETINGS.

So looks like ZD's hours have been cut back (put on furlough) and is relegated back to entertainment during fun appearances like the duet w/Michael Jackson at Fry's in Woodland Hills last weekend or large groups of people who need to be entertained like the Eagle Rock Music Fest.

So Zuma's happy sticking to the fun, entertainment since people like Saltsburg more for the city business, BUT...ZD has his limits...and if you wake a sleeping dogg with something TOO FAR OUT OF LINE...YOU MIGHT CATCH HIS ATTENTION FOR A REUNION ENCORE APPEARANCE IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

So catch Zuma Dogg appearing as David Saltsburg for the final two candidate forums this week on Monday and Wednesday. Cause if Saltsburg doesn't make it into the run off, might not see him again until the next mayoral election. (Which might not be as far away as you think.) Until then, enjoy the clean shaven, sports jacket wearing, sanely speaking, nice young man while he's around. Although it'd be nice to think David would continue showing up and doing everything Zuma Dogg has been doing...IT'S NOT A REALITY. David is too expensive to maintain. These past three years never could have been done as David.

BUT THE MAIN THING IS...THANKS TO THE PEOPLE WHO LEAKED THE FEEDBACK THAT EVERYONE'S BUZZING HOW NICE IT HAS BEEN HAVING ZUMA TAKE OFF THE HAT AND GLASSES AND LET DAVE TAKE OVER FOR A WHILE. AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE THEY (DAVE AND ZUMA) HAVE WORKED IT OUT AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE SITUATION. So the campaign has been a success already! (Wish the negotiations between unions and city hall could be worked out like this, too.)
