Now that Zuma Dogg is the new self-appointed "Quality & Productivity Czar" for Los Angeles, I will note problems with customer service and some reasons people HATE Los Angeles and have left in droves. Regarding the new parking meters that are automated and take credit cards: Well I was walking down Rose Ave in Venice during the 5pm hour, and noticed it was SO DARK, there is no way you can use the keypad. So I walked over and was able to poke around the dark keypad; and the park of the meter with the space number and amount of money was illuminated. BUT THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD YOU COULD PRESS THE KEY PADS AND PUNCH IN THE NUMBERS OR SEE THE COIN SLOT...UNLESS YOU CARRY A FLASHLIGHT, which is not something most people carry with them. SO Q&P Czar ZD proclaims, NO TICKETS WILL BE WRITTEN AFTER SUNSET IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT A PARKING METER SYSTEM THAT YOU CANNOT USE AFTER DARK.
