City of Los Angeles BARELY FUNCTIONAL as LAPD & LA CITY COUNCIL CANCEL TODAY'S Meetings....

UPDATE: HUNT/DOWD/DOGG CALLED PREGERSON COURT TODAY to request another STATUS CONFERENCE. A LOT to update the judge with. Wonder how he'll like it?

Let's face it...Zuma Dogg has been blogging all week how he is going to be showing up at this week's LAPD Police Commission meeting to alert the community to a few issues, blogged about the past week, on this blog.

Then, a final and notification that we were coming, today, by Matt Dowd (Plaintiff) via phone to the city attorney's office - in a last ditch effort to try and get the city to be reasonable -- before we actually showed up to pull the pin at today's public comment.

And I guess the thought of Zuma Dogg, Matt Dowd AND Michael Hunt -- all in the same police commission room -- at the same time, was more than they could fathom. CAUSE THE LAPD POLICE COMMISSION MEETING WAS CANCELED.

So now, it's time for ZD to try and "save" the early morning trip to the depressed downtown area -- so Hunt/Dogg/Dowd simply walk across the street for the Los Angeles City Council meeting.

Well, I guess the thought of Hunt/Dogg.Dowd was too much for Eric Garcetti. Because between the three of us, and Jose Aguilar thrown in, on top of it all -- COUNCIL PRESIDENT GARCETTI CANCELED THE ENTIRE COUNCIL MEETING @ 10:17 AM! (Even though it was announced that Herb Wesson had just pulled into the City Hall parking lot and another CM was in the elevator, on the way.)

NOPE...Garcetti in a BIG HURRY to exercise his discretion to cancel the meeting at the first possible minute.

Garcetti claims, out of respect for the people who showed up from the public."We need to respect the public's time... but if people (COUNCILMEMBERS) can't get here enough ahead of time to make sure that at least by 10:15 a.m., they're here, I don't believe we should waste the public's time." (NO ERIC, THE WASTE OF TIME IS NOT WAITING FIVE MINUTES SO YOU PRESERVE THE MEETING -- AND ACTUALLY DO NOT WASTE THE PUBLIC'S TIME.

BECAUSE WE ALL HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT DISCUSSING OUR MATTERS. SO HOW IS THAT RESPECTFUL. RESPECTFUL WOULD HAVE BEEN TO KEEP WAITING SO THE PEOPLE WHO SHOWED UP DIDN'T WASTE A TRIP, because you guys couldn't get it together! OMG!

It was a light agenda and the big $9 billion CRA item was already going to be continued, so there was really no reason to have to endure the public comment speakers -- when they had Hunt/Dogg/Dowd ready to blast what they KNEW we were gonna blast.

So it appears as though either LAPD & LA COUNCIL are canceling meetings to avoid "The Zuma Dogg Treatment" -- or they are just simply SO unorganized -- and such a broke-down, un-operable mess...THEY CAN'T EVEN GET A MEETING TOGETHER, THESE DAYS.

SO WHATEVER BUSINESS THEY HAD PLANNED TO HELP PROVIDE SAFETY & SERVICES TO YOU AND YOUR COMMUNITY HAS BEEN CANCELED! (The first wave of MANY things the city will no longer be able to accomplish.)

YOU ALL GET AN "L" FOR "LOSERS" (which is what you are.) PLEASE, you have already proven that. No need to be over the top in trying to re-prove it, every day, losers.
