ALL I KNOW, is people are staring in AWE, wondering, "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT UGLY GIANT THING, DOING THERE?"
AND can you see HOW CLOSE IT IS TO DWP ELECTRIC POWER WIRES???? AND DO YOU NOTICE THE BULWARK IS HIGHER THAN THE WIRES. Would HATE to be in the area, if a tremor causes the wall to fall on the power lines, y'all...I REALLY WONDER HOW ALL OF THIS HAPPENED? 6pm UPDATE: Looks like perhaps this project wasn't permitted, properly. Cause the biggest crane in the world, used to hang this wall, cracked the sidewalk, today. So the community loses one of the most traveled sidewalks in Venice. The end of this street IS LITERALLY THE START OF THE WORLD FAMOUS VENICE BEACH BOARDWALK. Now famous for illegal knife-wielding illegal vendors -- and cracked sidewalks, cause Carol Levy had to build a GIANT BULWARK, that the SIDEWALK OBVIOUSLY COULDN'T ACCOMMODATE! And NO, those broken chunks were not there, yesterday. And the sidewalk was blocked off all day, for the crane to hang the wall; so it wasn't cause by world's heaviest person falling off a skateboard. IT WAS THE CRANE!. [BETTER NOT BE FIXED WITH MONEY OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND! AND PLEASE START FIXING IT, TODAY...instead of the usual 9 year waiting period. I'm sure Carol will be happy to pick up the tab. A broken sidewalk, like that, brings down the property value of the neighborhood! DOH!]
