Dear President Barack Obama,
Please have the National Guard ready to roll to Los Angeles City Hall public park lawn space, where there is a cult encampment set up. Not only are they set up illegally, since they are not leaving at the 10pm curfew time that parks close; but the mayor has CLOSED THE PARK,, ENTIRELY, issuing an eviction notice, effective 11/28/11 at 12:01 AM.
But you've seen this chump, in person and have heard him try to stammer out some canned talking points, he still stumbles all over...AND NOW, he has CLEARLY proven that he does not have the will, esteem, dignity, power, or ability to enforce municipal laws.
Additionally, L.A. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich (Dan Raskov's boss and perhaps, occasional D.A. campaign political operative) has failed to lift a "word-class, legal strategy mind" finger to restore public access and safety for all.
And as for LAPD, of COURSE they want this to drag out LONGER than the Occupiers, themselves, so they can stand around and rack up the overtime and bolster the pensions.
It all adds up to things like L.A.'s most beloved political folk hero being physically attacked by the cult OccupyLA mob, including a guy with a Survivor flute, and a bunch of people with yoga mats.
Additionally, by allowing this illegal gathering to grow and fester; and by PRE-ANNOUNCING the eviction, in itself, it allowed a BIGGER crowd to grow, as others from other areas, showed up. The crowd OCCUPIED the city streets and forced road closures. (What if you had to drive your dog to the vet and couldn't get through and your dog died?)
Now, 24 hours after the eviction time, Villaraigosa is still making excuses, the City Attorney, Carmen Trutanich has been as silent as Helen Keller; and LAPD stands around waiting for an Occupier to ask them to dance.
LOS ANGELES CITY HALL HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY HAVE LOST CONTROL OF THE CITY TO AN ANARCHY MOB, AND IT IS ALLOWING THE LAWLESSNESS TO BECOME STRONGER!!! WE ARE LOSING LOS ANGELES, BECAUSE CITY HALL REFUSES TO ENFORCE PUBLIC SAFETY LAWS, CAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYONE'S FEELINGS!!!
BOO HOO HOO! I RELATE TO YOUR ISSUES. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN WE ARE GOING TO EVICT YOU, SO 1000 MORE PEOPLE CAN SHOW UP!
HAVE THE NATIONAL GUARD READY!!! FIRST CITY HALL FAILED TO ACT ON THE ECONOMY AND IT DIED!!! NOW, THEY FAIL TO ACT ON AN UNRULY, OUT OF CONTROL MOB...AND I HOPE NO ONE DIES!!!
SEND LEADERSHIP TO L.A. IT HAS BEEN CLEARLY PROVEN WE DO NOT HAVE ANY!
